I reviewed another breast toy a couple of months ago, so Ruki gives me an interesting opportunity to compare two products from the same general category. However, the difference here goes far beyond size alone. While the previous product used a different material, Ruki is made completely from silicone, which should create a noticeably different feel, weight, and overall experience.
Throughout this review, I will take a detailed look at Ruki’s design, material quality, realism, handling, practical use, and how it compares with the breast toy I tested previously.

🎨 Looks & Aesthetics
Carefully protected, beautifully sculpted, and almost unsettlingly lifelike.
Ruki arrives in her own dedicated box, secured with a void seal. As long as this seal remains intact, you know the package has not been opened before delivery. It may seem like a small detail, but it immediately shows that MRLDOLL takes presentation and quality control seriously and wants the product to arrive in perfect condition.
That impression only becomes stronger once the box is opened.
Ruki is packed extremely securely, beginning with a protective foam layer placed over the product. After removing it, the next layer of protection appears: Ruki herself is carefully wrapped inside a soft blanket. This helps prevent scratches, pressure marks, and other possible damage during transport.
I am genuinely impressed by the amount of care MRLDOLL has put into the packaging. Everything feels deliberate, secure, and appropriate for a product of this size and weight.
But enough about the protection. It is finally time to reveal what we are actually here for.
And my first reaction was very simple:
My god, they are huge.
Ruki features a full J-Cup breast design, and the size is immediately striking. Even when you already know what to expect from the specifications, seeing the product in person is something entirely different. They are enormous, beautifully shaped, and visually impressive from the moment they are uncovered.
Lifting Ruki out of the box also makes one thing very clear: she is quite heavy. That is hardly surprising given the size and full-silicone construction, but it is something you notice immediately when placing her onto a table or other surface.
Once positioned properly, the quality of the sculpt becomes much easier to appreciate.
Starting at the top, the neck area includes clearly defined collarbones and gentle contours around the base of the neck. These smaller anatomical details prevent the upper torso from looking flat or unfinished and already give Ruki a much more realistic appearance.
The breasts themselves are absolutely stunning.
The skin texture looks exceptionally convincing and comes surprisingly close to the appearance of real human skin. Fine pores are visible across the surface, creating a level of detail that makes the material feel less like a manufactured object and more like an actual body.
There is also a gentle gloss across the skin. It is not excessively shiny or artificial, but it reflects light naturally and helps bring out the shape and surface details without making the silicone look plastic-like.
The areolas are slightly larger and more rounded, with a strong but still believable coloration. They stand out clearly without looking exaggerated, and their shape complements the proportions of the breasts very well. MRLDOLL also offers customization options for the areolas, which I will discuss in more detail in the next section.
The nipples are equally impressive. Their shape, proportions, and surface detail all look very natural, and together with the areolas, they contribute significantly to the overall realism.
What I especially appreciate is the natural shape of the breasts themselves.
Despite their large size, they do not look artificially round or unnaturally firm. Instead, they have the natural downward weight and hanging shape you would expect from very large breasts. This gives them a much more convincing appearance than a perfectly spherical or heavily augmented design would have.
They are also far too large for me to hold properly with only one hand. To fully grip and support one breast, I need both hands—which is probably exactly the appeal of choosing a J-Cup torso in the first place.
The breasts sit on a relatively broad torso base, which is necessary to support their size and weight. Thankfully, the proportions work well. The torso does not look awkwardly oversized or distracting; instead, it feels like a natural extension of the overall design.
Of course, appearance is only half of the experience. The next important question is how Ruki feels to the touch.
Once again, the realism is impressive.
Because Ruki is made entirely from silicone, the surface feels noticeably different from TPE. TPE is often smoother and softer on first contact, but it can sometimes become so smooth that it no longer resembles real skin particularly closely.
Silicone has a slightly more natural surface resistance, which, in my opinion, allows it to imitate human skin more convincingly. This will always come down to personal preference, and some users may still prefer the smoother feel of TPE, but I have come to appreciate silicone more and more—especially for larger products.
Ruki feels extremely pleasant to touch. The silicone remains soft, smooth enough to handle comfortably, and remarkably skin-like. When closing my eyes, the sensation comes surprisingly close to touching a real body. Naturally, human skin would be
warmer, but the texture itself is impressively convincing.
The breasts are soft and satisfyingly squishy without feeling hollow, overly firm, or rigid. They respond naturally when gripped and compressed, allowing you to squeeze them deeply while they deform and return to shape in a believable way.
They also jiggle beautifully.
Movement creates a natural bounce across the breasts, and even simply squeezing, lifting, and playing with them by hand is genuinely enjoyable. The size and responsiveness make them feel dynamic rather than like a static sculpt.
The nipples are somewhat firmer than the surrounding breast material, which I personally consider a major advantage.
On the previous TPE breast toy I reviewed, the nipples were far more elastic and could be stretched considerably. That was certainly fun, but it did not feel especially realistic. Ruki’s nipples provide more resistance and feel closer to the firmness of aroused nipples. They are easy to pinch and manipulate while still maintaining a much more natural response.
Overall, I am fascinated by how convincingly Ruki combines visual detail with tactile realism. The skin texture, pores, proportions, breast movement, and firmer nipples all work together exceptionally well.
This is outstanding craftsmanship and easily one of the most realistic-looking and realistic-feeling products I have handled so far.

The packaging is extremely secure, the sculpting is beautiful, and both the appearance and texture come remarkably close to the real thing. Ruki delivers exactly what I would hope for from a premium silicone breast torso.
This may genuinely be the easiest 5 out of 5 I have ever awarded.
🛠️ Quality & Build
Premium silicone, substantial weight, and construction made to endure.
Let us begin with the numbers, because Ruki is certainly not a small product.
Ruki is a J-Cup breast torso weighing approximately 9.1 kg / 20.1 lb. She measures 33 cm / 13 in in total length, with a height and width of 24 cm / 9.4 in each.
Most impressive of all is the bust circumference:
102 cm / 40.2 in.
Did I mention that Ruki is big?
The full torso is made from silicone, contributing significantly to both its weight and premium feel. This is not a lightweight breast toy that can casually be picked up, moved around, or stored anywhere without consideration. Ruki feels like a substantial product from the moment you lift her.
That level of quality does come at a price.
The standard version costs $489, which is approximately €424. There is no way around it: that is expensive, particularly when compared with smaller breast toys or more affordable TPE alternatives.
However, Ruki is also not a standard breast toy.
You are getting a large, highly detailed, full-silicone torso with J-Cup breasts, excellent realism, and a noticeably premium construction. For someone specifically looking for a high-end breast product rather than a smaller novelty toy, the price becomes much easier to understand.
As already discussed in the Looks & Aesthetics section, the quality of the silicone skin is outstanding. The material looks highly detailed, feels remarkably realistic, and gives the entire product a convincing sense of durability.
You can immediately see and feel that the silicone is of excellent quality. The surface appears clean and evenly finished, without any areas that feel excessively thin, weak, or poorly supported.
Based on the construction and thickness of the material, I have no immediate concerns about the skin tearing during normal use. Naturally, silicone products should still be handled responsibly, but Ruki does not feel fragile.
The weight also contributes positively to the overall build.
Ruki remains securely in position instead of sliding or shifting around unnecessarily. The breasts naturally move and jiggle, but the torso itself feels stable and sturdy. It does not wobble in a way that makes the product difficult to use or control.
The torso base is thick and broad enough to properly support the considerable size and weight of the breasts. This is especially important for a product of this scale, as a thinner or narrower base could easily make the design feel unstable or unbalanced.
Here, everything feels correctly proportioned.
Another major advantage of the silicone construction is the complete absence of any noticeable odor.
Ruki is essentially odorless. There is no strong chemical, rubber-like, or artificial material smell when opening or handling the product. This immediately makes the first impression more pleasant and reinforces the premium quality of the silicone.
🎨 Customization Options
MRLDOLL also offers the option to customize both the areola size and the skin color.
This allows you to choose a visual style that better matches your personal preferences, which is a great feature for anyone who wants the product to feel more individualized.
Changing the areola size costs an additional $50, increasing the price to $539.
A custom skin color also adds $50, resulting in the same total of $539 when selected on its own.
Choosing both customization options adds $100, bringing the final price to $589.
Whether this is worthwhile will depend entirely on how important personalization is to you. The standard design already looks excellent, so these upgrades are certainly not necessary to enjoy Ruki.
However, having the option is valuable, especially for customers who have a very specific appearance in mind.
MRLDOLL sent me a customized version of Ruki for demonstration purposes, allowing me to show how these personalization options can affect the final product.

Ruki’s build quality is exceptional. The full-silicone construction feels durable and premium, the torso provides excellent stability, and the material is detailed, realistic, and completely odorless.
The price is undoubtedly high, but the overall quality reflects what you are paying for. Ruki feels less like a standard breast toy and more like a premium silicone torso built for customers who want maximum size, realism, and craftsmanship.
🧵 Feeling & Usage
Gentle stimulation, natural contact, and a surprisingly deep sense of freedom.
The most obvious difference between a breast torso like Ruki and a conventional Onahole or hip toy is that there is no tunnel and no internal texture.
You are working entirely with the outer silicone skin.
If you have never used a product like this before, that may initially sound less exciting or potentially not stimulating enough. However, that impression would be misleading. Ruki is certainly stimulating, but the sensation works in a completely different way.
The silicone skin already feels excellent when touched by hand. It has a very natural softness without becoming excessively soft or almost fluid, as some TPE products can feel. There is still enough resistance to make the surface feel believable and responsive.
That character carries directly into use.
The experience is smooth, soft, and immediately pleasant. It does not deliver the sudden, aggressive impact of a heavily textured tunnel, but it also never feels dull.
Instead, the stimulation begins gently and gradually becomes stronger as you continue.
There is no dramatic first-contact effect where the texture instantly demands your full attention. Ruki instead creates a comfortable and balanced sensation that develops over time.
The skin feels fantastic against the body. It is soft without feeling weak, smooth without becoming completely frictionless, and never feels rough or irritating.
For my testing, I used OnaEki, which is a relatively liquid lubricant, in a moderate amount. This worked very well and created a smooth, comfortable glide.
However, lubrication provides plenty of room for experimentation.
Using a thicker lubricant can create more resistance and friction. Applying slightly less lubricant can increase the direct contact with the silicone, while using more produces a wetter, looser, and messier experience.
There is no single correct setup here. Experimentation is one of the main strengths of a product like Ruki, and small changes in lubricant type, quantity, pressure, and positioning can noticeably alter the sensation.
Regardless of the method, Ruki provides far more stimulation than someone unfamiliar with breast toys may expect.
🎮 Freedom to Experiment
There are several different ways to use Ruki.
You can focus primarily on the nipples, using their firmer shape to create more concentrated stimulation around the most sensitive areas. You can also move across the broader silicone surface for a smoother and more evenly distributed sensation.
Then, of course, there is the conventional Paizuri-style usage, positioning yourself between the breasts and using their size, softness, and movement to create the stimulation.
The gradual build-up is excellent.
A smooth and gentle product like Ruki never feels rushed. You can take your time, change your grip, reposition the breasts, alter the pressure, and explore different movements without the experience immediately becoming overwhelming.
And perhaps most importantly:
Ruki is genuinely fun to use.
That may sound simple, but it matters tremendously. A product should not merely accomplish its basic purpose. The interaction itself should be enjoyable.
Ruki feels almost like a sandbox game. You are given the product, but there is no fixed route you must follow. You are free to experiment, explore different positions, adjust the breasts, focus on different areas, and discover what works best for you.
During every testing session, I found another way to hold, position, or interact with Ruki. Finding these variations is part of the appeal. It creates a playful experience where the journey feels just as important as the final result.
I had an excellent time throughout my testing, and I can confidently say that Ruki is one of those products that remains entertaining beyond the initial novelty.
🌊 Build-Up & Climax
The climax is another major strength.
I frequently mention this when reviewing products with smoother internal textures: gentler stimulation often creates a longer and more controlled build-up, which can ultimately lead to an exceptionally strong climax.
Ruki demonstrates that effect perfectly.
The stimulation grows gradually rather than attacking you immediately. This gives you more control over the pace and allows the tension to build naturally.
The final result is strong and intense, but still balanced. It does not feel sudden or overwhelming. Instead, it feels like the natural conclusion to the entire experience.
That natural quality is an important distinction.
Textured tunnels are excellent at creating intense and unusual sensations, but they will always feel somewhat artificial because the internal patterns do not resemble anything found on a real body.
Ruki comes much closer to natural physical contact. The realistic silicone skin, soft breast movement, and unrestricted positioning create an experience that feels far more grounded and believable.
The visuals contribute strongly as well.
Ruki looks exceptionally realistic, and seeing the large breasts move, compress, and jiggle throughout use adds considerably to the overall stimulation. A product that is visually appealing and enjoyable to watch can noticeably enhance the entire experience, especially during the final stages.
📊 Intensity & Softness
On my intensity scale, I would rate Ruki at:
Intensity: -3 / 3 — Very Gentle
This placement is very clear. There is no internal texture, no aggressive pressure pattern, and no rough surface. You are pressing and moving against smooth silicone skin, making the fundamental sensation exceptionally gentle.
However, gentle should never be confused with ineffective.
Ruki is highly stimulating, but the stimulation comes through gradual contact, movement, friction, pressure, and build-up rather than intense texture.
For softness, I would also rate Ruki at:
Softness: -3 / 3 — Very Soft
The silicone skin and breasts feel soft, pleasant, and highly responsive. They compress naturally beneath pressure and remain extremely comfortable throughout use.
🧺 Mess & Preparation
Depending on how much lubricant you use and how you position Ruki, the experience can become somewhat messy.
Because there is no enclosed tunnel, lubricant can spread across the silicone, your body, and the surrounding area. Certain positions will naturally transfer more lubricant onto you than others.
Planning to shower afterwards is therefore a good idea.
I would also strongly recommend placing a towel beneath yourself and Ruki before beginning. This protects the couch, chair, bed, or any other surface you choose to use.
The messiness is not necessarily a negative, though. In many ways, it complements the entire Paizuri-style experience and contributes to the playful and immersive nature of the product.

Ruki offers a very different kind of stimulation from a textured Onahole.
A textured tunnel delivers its intensity almost immediately through pressure and internal patterns. Ruki instead begins gently, allows the sensation to build gradually, and produces a slower, more natural style of stimulation.
Both approaches have their strengths.
For me, variety is the key. I enjoy Ruki precisely because she does not feel like another textured product. The realistic skin, freedom to experiment, playful interaction, and excellent build-up create a distinct experience that fits perfectly alongside more conventional toys rather than attempting to replace them.
Ruki is gentle, soft, highly stimulating, and incredibly fun to use.
⚖️ Fitting, Handling & Positions
Full coverage, dependable stability, and more freedom than the design first suggests.
Let us begin with fitting.
Ruki features a J-Cup breast size, so the chances of fitting comfortably between her breasts are extremely high. I expect users across a very broad size range to have no difficulty here, including those who are particularly large or girthy.
With breasts of this scale, generous coverage is almost guaranteed.
That size is also one of the main reasons Ruki works so well.
The previous breast toy I reviewed was enjoyable, but my main criticism was that the breasts were slightly too small. They still provided stimulation, but they did not fully surround or cover me during use.
And honestly, that sense of being completely enclosed between the breasts is a significant part of the appeal.
Ruki delivers exactly that.
The J-Cup breasts provide excellent coverage and create a far more convincing Paizuri-style experience. Instead of merely pressing against a pair of smaller breasts, you are genuinely positioned between them.
⚖️ Handling & Weight
When it comes to handling, Ruki lands in a surprisingly comfortable middle ground.
She weighs 9.1 kg / 20.1 lb, which is considerably heavier than most conventional breast toys. Some full hip products do not even reach that weight.
However, the weight makes sense when considering the overall construction. The breasts are extremely large, the entire product is made from silicone, and the supporting torso needs to be thick and sturdy enough to hold everything securely.
All of this naturally adds mass.
Surprisingly, though, Ruki rarely feels excessively heavy during actual use.
You certainly notice the weight, but mostly in positive ways. The torso remains stable regardless of the position, and the product does not constantly shift, slide, or move away from you.
The weight also contributes to the immersion.
A very lightweight torso could easily feel hollow or artificial. Ruki instead feels substantial in your hands and on your body, reinforcing the impression that you are interacting with something physical rather than a thin prop.
Moving Ruki around the room or adjusting her position is also manageable. She is heavy enough that you need to lift her deliberately, but not so heavy that repositioning becomes frustrating.
For general transport or storage, the blanket included in the box can also be used almost like a carrying towel. Wrapping Ruki inside it gives you a secure grip while also protecting the silicone surface.
🛏️ Standing Use
The most straightforward method resembles a standing missionary-style position.
Place Ruki on a stable surface at a suitable height, stand in front of her, position yourself between the breasts, and press them together.
That last step is important.
Because the breasts are naturally soft and heavy, bringing them together creates the pressure and enclosure needed for the best stimulation.
The setup is simple, direct, and very effective.
This is also where the playful side of Ruki becomes particularly noticeable. Because the breasts are so large, you can continuously interact with them during use.
You can squeeze them, adjust the pressure, pinch the nipples, lift them, or simply enjoy the way they move and jiggle.
A smaller breast toy would not provide the same freedom.
One of my favorite advantages is that you do not always need to move your own body. Thanks to the size and flexibility of the breasts, you can hold them together and move them up and down instead.
This creates the stroking motion directly through the breasts.
You can therefore alternate between moving yourself and letting Ruki perform the motion through your hands. Switching between these two approaches adds variety and makes the experience much more interactive.
🛌 Lying Use
Lying use is possible, but it is not my preferred method.
For the strongest stimulation, the breasts need to remain pressed together. When Ruki lies flat, their size and weight cause them to fall naturally toward the sides, leaving more open space in the middle.
The silicone still feels excellent, and the position remains usable, but it does not provide the same enclosure or pressure as the standing and seated options.
A supportive bra may improve this position by holding the breasts closer together, but without additional support, lying use does not show Ruki at her best.
🛋️ Seated Use
Seated positions are where Ruki truly excels.
One option is to place her on a couch or bed, kneel over the torso, position yourself between the breasts, and press them together.
This provides good control and allows you to choose whether you move your body or move the breasts with your hands.
However, my favorite setup is a fully seated position.
I sit comfortably on the couch with my legs extended and place Ruki directly on my lap. From here, she can be positioned in two different orientations: with the breasts facing toward me or facing away.
Both work very well.
My personal favorite is the position with the breasts facing away from me.
In this orientation, it is especially easy to hold both breasts together and move them up and down. The angle feels natural, the stimulation lands exactly where it should, and the entire setup feels remarkably immersive.
Simply holding the breasts in this position is already satisfying. You can feel their weight resting across your lap, squeeze them together comfortably, and control the motion with very little effort.
Despite the total weight of the product, moving the breasts does not feel exhausting or cumbersome. The motion comes mainly from the soft breast tissue rather than repeatedly lifting the entire torso.
This allows you to play with the pressure, rhythm, and movement while still enjoying the substantial weight of Ruki across your body.
So far, this has easily been the most enjoyable way for me to use her.
👙 Clothing & Support
Ruki’s generous size also means that finding a suitable bra should be possible.
A correctly fitted bra can add a visual element, but it may also provide practical support by holding the breasts closer together. This could make lying positions considerably more effective and reduce the need to constantly press them inward by hand.
Make sure that the bra genuinely fits and does not place excessive pressure on the silicone.
Color choice also matters.
Avoid very dark, strongly dyed, or excessively bright fabrics, as color transfer and staining may occur. Silicone is generally less vulnerable to staining than TPE, but it is still not completely immune.
Washing the bra several times before placing it on Ruki can reduce the risk of excess dye transferring onto the skin.
The bra should also be removed before storage. Leaving tight clothing on the product permanently may create pressure marks, trap moisture, or increase the chance of discoloration over time.

Ruki provides excellent fitting, dependable stability, and far more positional variety than a breast torso may initially suggest.
The J-Cup size ensures extensive coverage, including for larger users, while the substantial weight keeps the torso securely in place and adds noticeably to the immersion.
Despite weighing 9.1 kg / 20.1 lb, Ruki remains manageable to reposition and never feels unnecessarily awkward during use.
Standing and kneeling positions both work well, but seated use is the clear highlight for me—especially with Ruki resting on my lap and the breasts facing away. This position offers excellent control, immersive weight, and the easiest way to move and play with the breasts.
Once again, Ruki succeeds because she is not merely functional.
She is genuinely fun to use, and that is one of the most important qualities a breast toy can offer.
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance
No hidden tunnel, no complicated drying routine—just a shower, a soft cloth, and a little care.
One of the biggest practical advantages of a breast toy is that there is no internal tunnel to clean.
You do not need to rinse through narrow openings, work lubricant out of twisting textures, or worry about moisture remaining trapped somewhere inside. Everything that needs cleaning is openly accessible on the surface.
Ruki benefits greatly from this simplicity.
Once you are finished, it is time to bring her to the…
Shower.
Yes, the shower.
Ruki is far too large to fit comfortably into an ordinary sink. With her J-Cup breasts and broad torso, attempting to wash her there would be unnecessarily awkward.
The shower is by far the easier option.
Use lukewarm water and gently rinse the breasts and surrounding torso. Clean the silicone carefully with your hands until all lubricant residue has been removed.
And yes, gently washing a pair of enormous silicone breasts is about as entertaining as it sounds.
For once, cleaning the product is almost part of the fun.
Once everything feels clean, remove Ruki from the shower and carefully pat the surface dry with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do not rub aggressively.
Silicone is durable, but unnecessary friction should still be avoided—especially across finely detailed areas such as the nipples, areolas, and textured skin. Gentle patting is more than enough to remove most of the remaining moisture.
Afterwards, leave Ruki uncovered for a while so the surface can air-dry completely before storage.
That is essentially the entire cleaning process.
For me, it takes around six minutes, making Ruki exceptionally quick and easy to clean considering her size. There is no internal drying process, no cleaning rod, and no need to inspect a tunnel afterwards.

✨ Renewing Powder
After cleaning and drying, the silicone may benefit from a light application of renewing powder.
Make sure that the powder you choose is explicitly suitable for silicone products.
I recommend applying a small amount after use whenever the surface begins to lose its smooth, pleasant finish. If Ruki remains in storage for a longer period, it is also worth checking the skin occasionally and refreshing the powder when needed.
There is no need to bury the product beneath a thick white layer.

Protect the material, prepare the right space, and give yourself time to explore.
Take some time to properly appreciate Ruki before and during use. The sculpting, skin texture, proportions, and overall craftsmanship are among her strongest qualities. She is not a product that needs to be rushed. Touch the skin, explore the breasts, and enjoy the realism and detail you are paying for.
After cleaning and drying, apply a light amount of renewing powder whenever the surface needs it. Make sure the powder is suitable for silicone products. You do not need a thick coating—just enough to help the skin remain smooth and pleasant.
Plan a dedicated storage space before Ruki arrives. She is large and will not fit comfortably into a small drawer. Keep her away from direct sunlight, radiators, sharp objects, and TPE products. Store her on the flat back of the torso with the breasts facing upward, and use the included blanket to protect her from dust.

To be honest, I did not expect her to be quite this good.
I have never considered myself much of a breast-focused person, but Ruki may have changed that. The beautiful appearance, remarkably pleasant silicone skin, ideal J-Cup size, premium construction, balanced stimulation, powerful climax, and freedom to experiment with different positions all contribute to an experience that feels exceptionally complete.
