Needless to say, the box art is impressive as always.
The design is cute, colorful, and immediately gives the product a bit of personality. The girl this Onahole belongs to is featured on the cover with her cute pink pigtails, taking a very inviting picture of her… well, you know what. It is playful, charming, and definitely another nice box for the collection.
But enough about the box — let’s look at the Onahole itself.
My first impression after unpacking it was simple:
How cute!
Right from the start, the Puffed Pussy Onahole has a wonderfully cute design. You can immediately see the puffy style it is going for, and it looks inviting before you even touch it. Once you do touch it, the impression gets even stronger. It is incredibly soft, squishy, and pleasant in the hand. That plushy, jelly-like feeling makes you want to try it right away.
What an entry.
But there is more to explore here than just softness.
When you look at the top of the Onahole, you can see that XTC Japan added a lovely little detail: small breasts behind a bra. The bra line has a slightly different color, and when you look at the Onahole from the side, you notice the tiny breasts standing out just a little. I honestly did not even see this immediately and only noticed it later, which made it even more charming.
It is a small detail, but it adds so much to the overall cuteness of the design.
There is also a small belly button, and the belly itself is nicely shaped with soft contours. It gives the toy more character and makes the front side feel like more than just a basic entry design.
Now to the highlight of the Onahole, which is of course the vaginal entrance.
And it looks really good.
The entry is very well crafted and stands out immediately. It is detailed, clearly defined, and nicely shaped. You can clearly see the clitoris as well as the labia, and both are very present without looking exaggerated. The style leans a bit into anime, but still keeps a touch of realism, which creates a very nice balance.
Did I already say that this Onahole looks inviting?
Just making sure.
The whole area around the entrance looks fantastic as well. It has exactly that soft, puffy appearance the product name promises, and it absolutely delivers on that visual idea. The design highlights the entrance beautifully, making it stand out while still fitting naturally into the overall shape.
They really made the name feel earned here.
The anus is also suggested, which I think is a nice additional detail. It does not take over the design, but it adds a little extra realism and completes the look.
When you turn the Onahole around, you can take a look at the back — and this is another area where the Puffed Pussy Onahole shines. The shape is very nice overall, but the butt especially stands out. It has a round, full, and once again very puffy design. The small cheeks are nicely shaped, soft-looking, and give the toy a cute and plushy silhouette from behind.
Overall, the Puffed Pussy Onahole looks absolutely amazing. I love the whole design, from the cute box art to the soft body shape, the little breasts, the belly details, the detailed entry, and the round puffy backside. It is cute, inviting, squishy, and perfectly matches the theme of the product.

Squishy softness is nice — but structure still matters.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole is made from a full TPE build and weighs 825 g / 1.82 lbs.
With a total length of 17 cm / 6.7 inches, a width of 11.5 cm / 4.5 inches, and a maximum circumference of 30.5 cm / 12 inches, the Puffed Pussy Onahole belongs more to the mid-sized Onahole category. It is not extremely small, but also not a huge product that becomes difficult to handle or store. It sits in a very comfortable middle ground.
Size comparison with Nezuko.
The price is currently 37.95 €/$, which places it at a point where build quality, material feel, and overall experience matter quite a lot.
And thankfully, the first impression is excellent.
The skin quality is amazing.
XTC Japan created a very pleasant material feel here. The skin is smooth, silky, and overall wonderful to touch. It has that soft, high-quality TPE feeling that immediately makes the toy feel inviting in the hand. Combined with the puffy design, the material really helps sell the whole theme of the Onahole.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole is also very soft and squishy.
Is it as soft as Swimsuit Girl?
No, not quite — but it gets close.
In terms of pure squishiness, I would also say that Swimsuit Girl is still a little softer and more flexible, though that might also be because of the larger size and overall body shape of that toy. But the Puffed Pussy Onahole is still very, very squishy and soft in its own right.
And as I already said in the intro: I absolutely love this kind of soft and squishy design.
It just feels nice, comfortable, and pleasant to hold. There is something very satisfying about an Onahole that does not feel stiff or overly firm, but instead has that plushy, jelly-like softness when you touch and squeeze it.
Despite all that softness, the build still feels solid. The walls are thick enough that, under normal use, I would not be worried about tearing through them. The toy does not feel fragile or cheap. Instead, it gives a very high-quality impression right away, both in terms of material and overall construction.
Overall, the Puffed Pussy Onahole delivers exactly what I hoped for in this section: soft skin, a squishy body, a comfortable mid-sized build, and enough wall thickness to feel safe during use. The quality matches the visual promise of the product beautifully.

Soft in the hand, flexible in use — the plushy VIP treatment continues.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole is very forgiving when it comes to fitting.
Because it is so soft and squishy, the material is also very flexible and should accommodate most users without much trouble, no matter the size or girth. I would describe it as a very “one size fits all” kind of Onahole. Of course, every body is different, but in terms of flexibility and stretch, this toy makes fitting very easy.
The tunnel itself has a length of 13 cm / 5.1 inches, which may sound a little short on paper. But here it is similar to the overall fitting: the toy is so flexible that even if you exceed that tunnel length, you should still fit without much issue. The soft and squishy body gives the material enough room to move and adapt.
When it comes to handling, the Puffed Pussy Onahole is honestly a dream.
The form factor is excellent to hold. It sits very comfortably in the hand, and even though the toy is so soft and squishy, it still stays stable during use. It does not flop around, wobble too much, or feel difficult to control. That is something I really appreciate, because a very soft toy can sometimes become a bit messy or unstable in handling — but that is not the case here.
With a weight of 825 g / 1.82 lbs, the Onahole has enough substance to feel stable, but not so much weight that it becomes tiring or uncomfortable. One-handed use is perfectly fine, and I never felt like I needed to use both hands to control it properly.
You can also hold it however you prefer.
You can use it in the standard way, with the front side facing you, almost like a cowgirl position. Or you can turn it around and use it the other way, with the butt facing you, more like a reverse cowgirl position. Both options work well, and the upper part of the toy is easy to hold either way.
Standing use is also possible, but of course, you need to hold the Onahole yourself. It is not a hands-free product, but because of the comfortable shape and manageable weight, that is not really a problem.
Overall, the Puffed Pussy Onahole performs extremely well in this section. It is soft, flexible, easy to fit, comfortable to hold, and stable during use. The handling feels simple, natural, and very beginner-friendly, while still offering enough quality and comfort for experienced users.
A plushy little dream in the hand.

🧵 Texture & Internal Structure
The outside whispers “plush,” the inside answers with pressure, curves, and a very convincing final gate.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole uses a single-tunnel design with a vaginal tunnel length of 13 cm / 5.1 inches.
As already mentioned under Fitting & Handling, that may sound a little short on paper, but because the toy is so soft and flexible, the usable experience does not feel limited by that number. The material has enough stretch and give to adapt very well.
So let’s take a closer look at the tunnel itself.
The internal structure, called “Puffed Panty Peek,” is separated into five distinct zones:

As you can see in the endoscope footage, the Puffed Pussy Onahole does not use a fully straight tunnel structure. Instead, it has more of a curvy internal design, which gives the tunnel a little more character and flow.
The texture itself is mostly built around ridges. This means the stimulation is not overly intense, rough, or aggressive. Instead, it creates a more gentle and comfortable kind of sensation, which fits the whole soft and squishy theme of the Onahole very well.
The entry, or Zone 1, starts a little wider and plushier. Then, in Zone 2, the tunnel begins to tighten up a bit more. From there, you enter Zone 3, where the curvy structure becomes more noticeable.
Depending on your size and girth, you may feel that curve more or less. I did notice the curvy structure and could feel the design, but it was not overly dominant. It adds a nice internal shape without making the tunnel feel complicated or difficult to use.
In Zone 4, the stimulation changes again slightly and becomes a bit more noticeable.
Throughout the whole tunnel, the stimulation feels very pleasant. The ridges are clearly there and you can feel the texture well, but they are never rough and never overstimulating. Instead, you get that very smooth, soft, comfortable stimulation that only softer and squishier Onaholes can really provide.
And I really like that.
The texture is present enough to keep things interesting, but gentle enough to stay comfortable for the whole session. With a more liquid lube, the ridges become even easier to notice, and the overall tunnel design feels even better.
Then comes the highlight of the Onahole: Zone 5, which is secured by a cervix-style gate.
And wow — that cervix gate is really good.
The design itself is not completely new. You see this kind of structure in many Onaholes nowadays. But the Puffed Pussy Onahole uses it really well. You can feel it very clearly when passing through the gate, and it is surprisingly stimulating.
That is what makes the internal design so interesting.
The overall tunnel is smoother, softer, and more gentle, but then the cervix gate suddenly adds a very different and much more noticeable kind of stimulation. It creates an excellent contrast. I was honestly surprised by how good it felt and how clearly noticeable it was every time I passed through it.
Behind that gate, the final zone opens into a wider and rounder end chamber. You can clearly notice that this last chamber is wider compared to the rest of the tunnel, which makes it feel like a proper finish zone instead of just a simple ending.
The overall internal design is fantastic.
It is balanced, smooth, soft, and very comfortable, while still having enough texture to stay interesting. The ridges create a gentle build-up, the curvy tunnel adds shape, and the cervix gate gives the whole experience a strong and memorable highlight.
And the climax?
Amazing.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole has a fantastic build-up. I have written this several times before, but I really think these smoother and softer tunnels often build up stimulation much better than overly aggressive textures. Instead of overwhelming you quickly, they create a more gradual and controlled experience, which can lead to a much more intense climax.
And that is exactly the case here.
The climax feels surprisingly intense, and the final chamber is perfect for release. The cervix gate remains noticeable even at the end and gently grips you in a very satisfying way.
Wow.
Lube-wise, I recommend using a moderate amount of lube. You do not need to completely overload the tunnel, but you also do not want it too dry. As mentioned above, a more liquid lube works especially well here, because it allows you to feel the ridges and internal structure more clearly.
On my scale, the Puffed Pussy Onahole lands at a clear -3/3 for softness, giving you maximum softness.
For intensity, I would rate it at -2/3, making it much less aggressive than many stronger textured Onaholes. But less intensity does not mean it is weak. It simply means the stimulation is more gentle, smoother, and more comfort-focused.
And depending on your preferences, that gentle stimulation can feel even better and more intense in the end.
For me, this tunnel absolutely works.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole delivers a soft, smooth, balanced, and surprisingly rewarding internal experience. The texture is gentle but effective, the curvy structure adds a nice flow, and the cervix gate gives the whole tunnel a fantastic final highlight.

💧 Cleaning & Maintenance
Soft toys still need serious care.
Softer and more flexible Onaholes are usually easier to clean, and that is also true for the Puffed Pussy Onahole.
Once you are done, you can flush the tunnel under lukewarm water. Most remains should come out quite easily because the toy is soft, flexible, and not overly long. After that, I recommend gently scrubbing the inside with your finger to remove any leftover lube from the tunnel walls.
Pay special attention to the last zone after the cervix gate. Lube can still collect there, and because this area widens into the final chamber, you want to make sure it is properly cleaned.
Thankfully, the tunnel length is not too extreme, so reaching inside is fairly easy. The soft and flexible material also helps a lot here.
Once the inside is flushed and cleaned, gently dry the outside with a fresh microfiber cloth. Just tap the material dry — do not rub it too harshly. The skin feels smooth and pleasant, so I would treat it with a little care to keep it that way.
For the inside, you can wrap another fresh microfiber cloth around your finger and gently dry the tunnel. You should be able to reach most of the Onahole this way. However, Zone 5 is a little more difficult with this method.
Because of the cervix-style gate, your finger with a cloth around it might be too large to pass through properly. This means the final chamber can be harder to dry completely by hand.
Because of that, I highly recommend using microfiber sticks.
The cervix gate and the area around it are the most important parts to clean and dry properly. As shown in the tunnel structure, the area behind the gate widens up again, which means moisture can potentially stay trapped there if you do not pay attention.
So after drying with a microfiber stick, check the area carefully with your finger. If it still feels wet, use another microfiber stick and repeat the process.
The same applies to the final chamber. Dry it with a microfiber stick, check it again, and repeat until everything feels properly dry.
Always check. Always make sure.
This final area is not as easy to dry as the other zones, and you definitely do not want moisture trapped behind the cervix gate. After cleaning and drying, I would also let the Onahole air-dry long enough before storing it away.
For me, the overall cleaning and drying time takes around 6–7 minutes, which is still very reasonable. It is not difficult to clean, but the final chamber does require a bit more attention.
Storage-wise, the Puffed Pussy Onahole is very easy to handle. Thanks to its mid-sized form factor, it should fit into almost any drawer without much trouble.
For maintenance, the standard protocol applies: occasional deeper cleaning with a proper toy cleaner and occasional use of renewing powder to maintain the smoothness of the skin. Since the outside feels so soft and silky, keeping the material in good condition is definitely worth it.
Overall, cleaning the Puffed Pussy Onahole is fairly easy thanks to the soft, flexible build and manageable tunnel length. The only reason this section does not get a full score is the cervix gate and final chamber, which need extra attention during drying.
Not difficult — just don’t rush the VIP aftercare.

⚙️ Use Case with Devices
A soft VIP experience that can absolutely join the interactive party.
Yes, the Puffed Pussy Onahole is a very good Onahole for interactive devices.
Because of its soft and squishy build, you just need to make sure it is secured properly. Once that is done, the product works really well and should offer a lot of fun with the right setup.
For the Handy 2, I recommend using the long sleeve holder together with a double strap setup.
A single holder would not be enough to keep the Puffed Pussy Onahole stable. Because of its size and very soft body, it would likely wobble around too much during use. That does not mean the toy is too heavy or unsuitable — it simply needs the right support.
With the long sleeve holder and two straps, however, this problem is solved. The Onahole sits much more securely, and the softness becomes a benefit instead of an issue.
The weight of 825 g / 1.82 lbs is also no problem for the Handy 2.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole also works well with the FUNSR PRO and FUNSR Mini.
With both open receivers, fitting is no problem. The Onahole can be placed and secured without much trouble, and because the material is so flexible, it adapts well to the setup.
It also fits into the twist module, though it needs a little push to get properly seated. But again, the soft and flexible body helps a lot here, so fitting it in is absolutely possible.
One strap is enough to secure it, but using two straps is also perfectly fine if you want a little extra stability.
Overall, the Puffed Pussy Onahole is a very good fit for interactive devices. It needs proper support because of its soft and squishy body, especially on the Handy 2, but once secured, it works really well.
A soft little VIP guest that is very much ready for device night.
💡 Tips & Advice
Treat the puff gently, and it will treat you well.
Take a closer look at the small visual details of the Onahole. The design is more detailed than it may seem at first.
Use it in a standard seated position, but also experiment with standing use if your setup allows it.
Change positions during use. It adds variety to the stimulation and also gives you a different visual experience.
Try using it both ways: front side facing you, and with the backside facing you. Both work well and give the product a slightly different feel.
Use a more liquid lube, like Ona Eki 370, if you want to feel the internal texture more clearly.
For cleaning and drying, I highly recommend using microfiber sticks. They make the process easier and more reliable.
When drying, pay special attention to the area around the cervix gate.
Also check Zone 5, behind the cervix gate, and make sure the final chamber is properly dry before storing the toy away.
Use it with interactive devices if you have the option. The Puffed Pussy Onahole works very well with devices when secured properly.

Internally, the Puffed Pussy Onahole focuses more on smooth, gentle, and balanced stimulation instead of aggressive texture. The ridges are noticeable, but never rough. Though honestly, at the same time, not really.
When I saw the tunnel design and felt the soft, squishy body for the first time, I already had a feeling that I would have a fantastic time with this one. And I was not disappointed.
I love the whole design. The cute puffy look, the soft and squishy feel, the small details on the body, the lovely entrance design, and the overall plushy presentation all work beautifully together. It is exactly the kind of soft and inviting Onahole design I have grown to really enjoy.
The quality is also excellent. As expected from XTC Japan, the material feels very high quality, with outstanding skin softness and a smooth, silky surface that makes the toy feel great before you even use it.
The texture is where the Onahole really surprised me. It is not an aggressively textured toy, but that is exactly why it works so well. The stimulation is smooth, comfortable, balanced, and very enjoyable. The ridges are noticeable without becoming rough, and the cervix-style gate is a real highlight. It adds a very different kind of stimulation and gives the tunnel a fantastic final touch.
Cleaning does need some proper attention, especially around the cervix gate and the final chamber, but it is nothing unmanageable. With microfiber sticks and a little patience, the process is perfectly fine.
And on top of that, the Puffed Pussy Onahole is also usable with interactive devices, which is always very welcome for me. With the right holder and straps, it works very well and adds even more use-case variety.
So yes, this one will absolutely be part of my rotation.
The Puffed Pussy Onahole fits my personal preferences almost perfectly, and I can highly recommend it. If you enjoy a smooth, soft, squishy, and comfortable Onahole with balanced stimulation, you will have a fantastic time with this one.
It also shows once again that an aggressively textured tunnel is not always needed.
Sure, stronger textures can be fun and very stimulating, but sometimes I just want to relax and enjoy something softer, smoother, and more comfortable. And the Puffed Pussy Onahole does exactly that.
That said, if you strongly prefer very intense, rough, or highly stimulating textures, you may find the Puffed Pussy Onahole a little too gentle. But even then, I would still recommend giving it a try.
Because soft does not mean boring.
And this plushy little VIP guest proves that beautifully.
