This time, I am taking a closer look at the “I Can’t Call You a Holy Sister With Your Big Oppai” breast toy from XTC Japan.
And yes, that name is… quite a mouthful. So, for the sake of readability, we will simply call it Oppai throughout the review.
For those who may not know, Oppai is Japanese for breasts, but in a more casual and colloquial way. Considering the product itself, the name is very direct, very anime, and honestly pretty fitting.
This is also the first time I am reviewing a breast toy, so I was genuinely curious to see how this type of product would behave during use, how practical it would be, and whether it could offer something different compared to the usual Onahole, hip, or torso experience.
So, with the candles lit, the chapel doors opened, and temptation waiting quietly in the front row… let’s begin.

🎨 Looks & Aesthetics
The box art is already a banger and makes a very strong first impression.
Right on the cover, the Holy Sister presents herself in full anime-style glory — and she is not exactly hiding the main attraction. Her big breasts are directly visible, making the packaging very clear, very inviting, and very fitting for the product’s theme.
But the presentation does not stop there.
When you flip up the cover, the Holy Sister appears again, this time in a larger illustration. What makes this especially charming is the see-through window section, placed exactly where her breasts would be. Through that window, you can already see the Oppai waiting inside, ready to be unpacked.
I have to say, this is a very cool kind of presentation. It feels playful, nicely designed, and very much in line with the sweet-but-sinful anime theme of the product. XTC Japan really nailed the first impression here.
The toy itself is also securely packed. It comes held in place by two plastic molds and an additional plastic bag, so everything feels properly protected during shipping and storage.
Once unpacked, the Oppai gives you exactly what the box promises: a soft-looking pair of breasts, ready and waiting for you.
The breasts themselves are nice and round, with a very pleasant size. They fit comfortably in your hands and already feel enjoyable just to touch, hold, and squeeze a little. Looking at them in more detail, they sit quite stable on the chest area, which gives the whole product a more complete and polished appearance.
The skin tone is a lighter color, which fits the innocent Holy Sister theme very well. The nipples come in a cute pink color, again matching the overall aesthetic perfectly. It creates a nice contrast and adds to that soft, sweet, anime-inspired look.
In terms of realism, the breasts look pleasing and have a lightly realistic flair, but this is clearly not trying to be an ultra-realistic breast replica. The design leans much more into a stylized anime look, and that is absolutely the right choice for this product. It is supposed to feel cute, tempting, playful, and theme-driven — and in that regard, it succeeds very well.
The nipples are also nicely detailed. You can even see where the nipple openings are supposed to be, which is a small but appreciated detail. Another detail I really like is the inclusion of the collarbones. They are clearly visible and help round out the entire look, giving the toy a bit more character instead of making it feel like a simple isolated breast piece.
The size also seems very good at first glance. You can easily hold the breasts in your hands, and they already feel fun to touch before even getting into the actual use experience. Of course, the real test will be how well this size works during use, but visually and in terms of first handling, it feels very promising.
Overall, the Oppai gives an amazing first impression. The packaging is charming and creative, the presentation is excellent, and the toy itself looks very pleasing. It captures the innocent Holy Sister theme beautifully, with its lighter skin tone, cute pink nipples, and soft anime-inspired design.
It is not aiming for extreme realism, but it offers enough detail to feel more complete and visually appealing. For what it wants to be, it does a fantastic job.

🛠️ Quality & Build
The Oppai has a weight of around 2.3 kg / 5.1 lbs, which gives it a very solid and stable presence.
For this kind of product, that weight is actually very welcome. It makes the toy feel more substantial, helps it stay in place better, and prevents it from feeling like a small, flimsy novelty item. At the same time, it is not so heavy that repositioning it becomes annoying.
Size-wise, the Oppai measures around 27 cm / 10.6 inches in width and 21 cm / 8.3 inches in length. That makes it large enough to have a proper presence during use, while still being easy enough to handle, move around, and place where you need it.
Price-wise, the Oppai sits at around 120€ / 100$, so it is definitely not on the cheap side. For a breast toy, that is something you should keep in mind. This is probably not the kind of product you randomly throw into your cart without thinking about it. It is more something for people who are either really into breast toys already, or who are
genuinely curious and want to try this type of experience with a more premium-feeling product.
Now, let’s talk about the most important part: the construction of the breasts themselves.
The Oppai uses a triple-layer construction, consisting of:
the nipple area
the outer skin-like material
the inner super-soft material
This layered build makes a noticeable difference. The inner material is clearly softer than the outer layer, and you can feel that immediately when squeezing the breasts. They have a very satisfying softness to them, with a nice squish and responsive tactile feedback.
I would not go as far as saying they feel extremely close to real breasts, but they do feel really good.
To give a comparison: they feel much better than the breasts on Aska Mai, but they do not feel quite as realistic as the breasts on Freya. That is completely fine, though, because Freya is a much more expensive product and sits in a very different category overall.
For what the Oppai is, the breast feeling is very enjoyable. Squeezing them is fun, the softness is satisfying, and the overall tactile feedback feels really nice. They respond well to touch, have a pleasant jiggle, and generally feel good to play with.
The nipples are a little firmer than the surrounding breast material, which creates a nice contrast. That firmer feeling works well here and makes touching or gently pinching them quite satisfying too.
The whole toy is made from TPE, and the surface feels smooth, soft, and pleasant against the skin. It already feels nice just during normal handling, so I expected it to feel very enjoyable during actual use as well.
Quality-wise, the skin surface also looks quite sturdy. However, because the breasts are so soft and squishy, I would still recommend being careful with them. Softer TPE products can be more prone to damage if handled too roughly, so I would avoid sharp nails, excessive pulling, or anything that could stress the material too much.
In terms of stability, the Oppai also performs well. Thanks to the weight and shape, it stays in place nicely and does not easily slip around during movement. That is very important for this kind of product, because nothing ruins the mood faster than constantly having to chase the toy across the surface like it is trying to escape confession.
Overall, the Oppai offers a very good quality and build. It is big enough to give a good presence, heavy enough to feel stable, but still manageable enough to move and reposition without much effort.
Most importantly, the breasts feel genuinely enjoyable. They are soft, responsive, satisfying to squeeze, and have a very pleasant jiggle. For a breast toy, that is exactly what you want.

🧵 Feeling & Usage
As already explained in the previous section, the skin of the Oppai is very smooth and soft.
And since this is not a traditional Onahole, hip, or torso, there is obviously no tunnel system or internal texture here. What you get is exactly what the product is built around: smooth skin, soft breasts, and direct external stimulation.
The feeling itself is very pleasing. I really like how soft and smooth the material feels during handling, and that continues during actual use as well. It has a gentle, clean, and very pleasant kind of stimulation that feels quite different from a textured sleeve or a full hip product.
For lube, I personally recommend using a little more than usual if you want a smoother and more slippery experience. The Oppai works very well when the surface is nicely lubed up, because it lets you glide between the breasts more comfortably. That said, I can also see using a little less lube feeling good too, especially if you want slightly more friction and a bit more direct contact.
Usage itself is pretty much self-explanatory.
Get ready, apply lube to your preference, get between the breasts, and go for it.
You can also press the breasts together while using them, which does enhance the feeling quite a bit. Because the breasts are so soft and responsive, squeezing them together creates a more focused sensation and gives you more control over the pressure.
The overall experience is very smooth, soft, and pleasant. However, this is also something you should keep in mind before buying. If you absolutely need strong texture or intense internal stimulation, the Oppai may feel a bit too gentle or simple for you. There is no hidden texture, no tunnel design, and no intense internal structure. It is all about the smooth external contact.
Personally, I really enjoyed that.
I think this kind of stimulation is worth trying if you are curious about it, because it offers something very different from the usual Onahole experience. It is less intense in a direct way, but very satisfying in its own softer and more gradual way.
During use, it is also really fun to squeeze the breasts or gently pinch the nipples. You have a lot of freedom to experiment here. You can rub against the breasts, rub against the nipples, use it hands-free, press the breasts together, use more lube, use less lube, or add more during the session whenever needed.
That flexibility is one of the big strengths here.
I also think the Oppai can work very well as a companion piece while using another toy. For example, if you are using a hip toy, you can place the Oppai nearby and use it as an additional visual and tactile element. You can play with the breasts while using the other toy, switch to the Oppai for a bit, then go back to the hip again.
There are many cool use cases here, and the product gives you room to be creative with it.
The Oppai is also definitely something you can have a longer session with. Because the stimulation is smooth and gentle, it does not overstimulate you at all. That makes it very suitable for slower sessions, longer buildup, and a more relaxed kind of experience.
And the climax actually surprised me.
Because the stimulation is softer and more gentle, the buildup can feel very different from an Onahole. It is not as aggressively textured or instantly intense, but that smoother buildup has the potential to lead into a surprisingly strong finish. The climax felt very good and more intense than I expected, especially because the experience itself feels so gentle beforehand.
Of course, because the Oppai is an open toy, you should prepare accordingly. I highly recommend placing a large enough towel underneath it, so nothing lands where it is not supposed to. This is not a closed sleeve, so cleanup preparation matters a bit more here.
Overall, I really like the use experience. It feels fantastic, smooth, soft, and very pleasant throughout the entire session.
The only small downside for me is that I would have liked the Oppai to be a little bigger. I will talk about this again in the next section in more detail, but a bit more size would have allowed for a more enclosed feeling during use. How much this matters will depend on your own size and build, though.
Overall, my expectations were fully met here. I was looking for smooth and gentle stimulation, and that is exactly what the Oppai delivers. The skin feels fantastic, the breasts are fun to squeeze, and the experience never feels overstimulating. Instead, it creates a nice buildup that can lead to a surprisingly intense finish.
The different use cases also add a lot of flexibility. Rubbing against the nipples, squeezing the breasts during use, pressing them together, or using the Oppai as a companion piece alongside another toy all work nicely.
Just keep in mind that this is a smoother, gentler experience without a tunnel or internal texture. I personally really enjoy that, but I can see how some people may find it a bit less stimulating compared to more traditional toys.
Still, if you are curious about this kind of smooth breast toy experience, I can highly recommend giving it a try. And if you are already into breast toys, this feels like a very safe bet.

⚖️ Fitting, Handling & Positions
Fitting between the breasts is quite easy and works well overall.
The size of the Oppai is good, and for most users with a more standard size and girth, there should be no real issue here. You can get between the breasts comfortably, and they are large enough to create a pleasant and usable experience.
That said, as already mentioned before, I personally would have liked the breasts to be a little larger.
A bit more size would have helped them cover you better during use and would have created a more enclosed feeling. The current size is absolutely usable and enjoyable, but a little extra volume would have pushed the experience even further.
For users with a standard size and girth, the Oppai should be completely fine. For very large or very girthy users, however, I can see the breast size feeling a little too small, especially if you are looking for a deeper, more covered feeling during use.
The overall size of the entire product is also good. It is not just about the breasts themselves, but also about the full chest piece. It is large enough to give you a nice visual presence during use, which is quite important for this kind of toy. It helps the product feel more complete and gives you the visual feedback you want from a breast-focused experience.
Stability is also very good.
During use, the Oppai stayed in place nicely and did not slip around. Even when pressing the breasts together, the toy maintained a stable position, which is very important. With a breast toy, the last thing you want is constantly having to adjust it or stop because it keeps moving away. Thankfully, that was not an issue here.
Position-wise, the most obvious and standard way to use the Oppai is in a standing position. Think of it almost like a missionary-style setup, but focused entirely around the breasts. You get between them, adjust your position, and use it from there.
In this position, you can press the breasts together to create a more enclosed feeling and enhance the stimulation. The breasts are large enough that you do not absolutely need to press them together, but doing so definitely improves the feeling. Again, a little more breast size would have made this even better, but it already works well as it is.
Standing use is also great because you can easily play with the breasts and nipples during the session. The tactile feedback is excellent, and the soft feeling of the breasts makes touching and squeezing them consistently satisfying.
Sitting use is also possible, though I would not call it the optimal position.
You can press the breasts together and get between them while sitting, and it does work. The soft and flexible design of the Oppai allows for this quite well. The base or “socket” area is also soft and not firm, so it does not feel awkwardly rigid when adjusting the toy.
However, this is another position where a little more breast size would have improved the experience. Sitting is still doable and can be fun, but it was not my favorite way to use the Oppai.
Laying use, on the other hand, was actually my favorite.
Placing the Oppai on a bed or couch and then getting between the breasts from there worked extremely well for me. It is basically a laying missionary position, but with a breast toy. You do not need to fully lay on top of it either. For me, a semi-laying position worked best.
In this position, the softness of the breasts feels especially good. The way you move between them creates very pleasant stimulation, and the angle made it feel like the right spot was being hit very consistently. For me, this was easily the most enjoyable and stimulating position with the Oppai.
Just make sure to place a large enough towel underneath, because this is still an open toy and you want to avoid any mess landing where it should not.
Stability in the laying position was also excellent. Everything stayed in place perfectly, and I did not have to constantly readjust the toy. For me, this was the best and most comfortable way to enjoy the Oppai.
The only downside of this position is that you cannot really touch or squeeze the breasts as easily during use, which is a shame because that is a big part of the fun. Still, the stimulation and comfort in this position were so good that it became my preferred way of using it.
Overall, fitting is very good. Most users with a standard size and girth should have no problems, and the breasts should be large enough for a satisfying experience. If you are above the standard range, you may feel that the Oppai is a bit too small in terms of coverage.
I still think a little more size would have enhanced the experience even more, especially for creating that more enclosed feeling. But even as it is, the Oppai remains very fun and satisfying to use.
Handling is also easy, and the stability during use is very strong. You do not need to constantly reposition it, which makes the experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
Position-wise, standing missionary is the standard go-to position and lets you enjoy the breasts visually and tactilely. Sitting works, but is not the strongest option. Laying use was the real highlight for me and easily my favorite way of using the Oppai, because it felt very stimulating and consistently hit the right spot.

💧 Cleaning & Maintenance
Since the Oppai is an open product, cleaning is very straightforward.
There are no tunnels, no internal textures, no tight entries, and no hidden areas that are difficult to reach. Once you are done, you can simply bring the toy to the sink and clean it under lukewarm running water.
Remove all the lube from the surface, make sure everything is properly cleaned, dry it carefully, and you are basically done.
The whole cleaning process does not even take five minutes, which is a big advantage. Compared to more complex toys with internal tunnels or deep textures, the Oppai is extremely easy and convenient to clean.
After washing, let it air-dry long enough before storing it away.
For drying, the usual rule applies: tap the skin dry, do not rub it. The Oppai is quite soft, and rubbing the surface too aggressively could stress or damage the TPE skin over time. A soft towel and gentle tapping are the safest way to remove excess water.
Storage is also simple. Place it on a stable surface and do not store it upside down. That may sound obvious, but because the breasts are soft, storing them under pressure or in the wrong position could deform them over time.
Luckily, the Oppai does not take up too much space. It should fit into a drawer without much trouble, making it much easier to store than larger hip, torso, or doll-style products.
When it comes to maintenance, this is standard TPE protocol.
I recommend occasional deeper cleaning with a dedicated toy cleaner, especially if you use the Oppai regularly. You can also use renewing powder from time to time to help keep the skin smooth, pleasant, and in good condition.
Overall, cleaning and maintenance are about as easy as it gets.
The toy is open, accessible, quick to wash, quick to dry, and simple to store. Cleaning and drying take less than five minutes, storage does not require much space, and maintenance follows the usual routine for soft TPE products.

💡 Tips & Advice
First of all: the box art deserves some extra praise.
This is another one of those packages that feels like a keeper. The presentation is charming, playful, and very fitting for the whole Holy Sister theme. If you enjoy nice product art or like keeping the boxes for display or storage, this one definitely has that collector-style appeal.
When using the Oppai, I recommend testing different amounts of lube.
Using more lube gives you a smoother and more slippery experience, while using a little less can create slightly more friction and direct contact. Both can feel good, so it is worth experimenting a bit to find your personal sweet spot.
You should also try different positions.
Standing use is the most obvious starting point, but I highly recommend testing the laying position as well. For me, laying use was the highlight and created the most satisfying stimulation. Depending on your body, surface, and angle, this may change the experience quite a lot.
Because the Oppai is an open toy, always prepare the area properly.
Place a large enough towel underneath it before use, so nothing lands where it should not. This also helps prevent lube from dripping onto your bed, couch, desk, or floor. A little preparation makes the whole session much more relaxed.
The Oppai also works very well as a companion toy.
You can use it alongside hips, torsos, or other products to add a different kind of tactile and visual stimulation during the session. Playing with the breasts while using another toy, or switching between toys during use, can make the experience feel more varied and engaging.
For storage, do not place the Oppai upside down.
The breasts are soft, and if they are stored under pressure or in the wrong position for too long, they may deform over time. Store the toy in a stable position, ideally without anything pressing against the breasts.
And lastly: actually interact with the toy.
Touch it, squeeze it, press the breasts together, play with the nipples, and experiment a little. The Oppai is very responsive and satisfying to handle, so the experience becomes much better when you treat it as more than just a static product.

The “I Can’t Call You a Holy Sister With Your Big Oppai” from XTC Japan is a very enjoyable and surprisingly strong first breast toy experience.
Right from the start, the presentation is excellent. The box art is charming, playful, and fits the whole Holy Sister theme perfectly. The flip-up cover with the see-through breast window is a really nice touch and makes the product feel much more special before you even unpack it.
The Oppai itself looks very pleasing. It clearly leans more into an anime-inspired design rather than full realism, but that works perfectly for the theme. The light skin tone, cute pink nipples, visible collarbones, and overall soft appearance create a very fitting innocent-but-sinful look.
Quality-wise, the Oppai also delivers. With its 2.3 kg / 5.1 lbs weight, it feels stable and substantial, while still being easy enough to move around. Overall, the Oppai is a very strong breast toy with excellent presentation, good quality, enjoyable softness, great stability, and a smooth stimulation style that feels different from more traditional toys. It is not cheap, and it is definitely more appealing if you are already curious about breast toys, but if this type of product interests you, I think it is a very safe and enjoyable pick.
It is sweet, soft, sinful, and very fun to use — exactly the kind of temptation the Holy Sister probably should not be offering.

The Oppai is great fun.
This was my first proper experience with a breast toy, and honestly, I had a really good time with it. And I am very sure I will have a good time again with our Holy Sister.
What makes the Oppai interesting is that it offers something very different from the usual Onahole, hip, or torso experience. There is no tunnel, no strong texture, and no internal structure. Instead, the stimulation is smooth, soft, and focused entirely around the feeling of the breasts.
And that works surprisingly well.
I know some people may look at a smooth breast toy and think it could feel boring or not stimulating enough, but that is not really the case here. Smooth stimulation can absolutely work when the material, softness, pressure, and handling are good. Products like the Swimsuit Girl, which also offers a very smooth and soft texture, already show that you do not always need a highly textured product for a good experience.
The Oppai proves that again in its own way.
It is simply fun to use. It looks very pleasing, it feels great during use, and it is amazing fun to touch, squeeze, and play around with. The breasts are soft, responsive, and satisfying, while the overall stability makes the experience feel smooth and easy to enjoy.
If you are a breast guy, you should definitely consider trying a breast toy at some point. There is a very good chance you will enjoy the experience, because it adds a completely different type of stimulation and interaction to your collection.
But even if you are not specifically focused on breast toys, the Oppai is still worth looking into if you want something more unique, something different, or simply more variety compared to traditional textured products.
The price is definitely something to keep in mind. At around 120€ / 100$, this is not exactly a “just buy it and see what happens” kind of product. You should be at least somewhat interested in the concept before buying it.
But if the idea appeals to you, I think the Oppai is worth it. It offers a strong presentation, very good quality, great softness, easy cleaning, and a use experience that feels different enough to genuinely enhance your collection.
The Holy Sister may look innocent, but once the chapel doors close, she knows exactly how to tempt you.
Final blessing granted — soft, sinful, and absolutely worth confession.
