⚙️KYO <3 Pump Review – Strong Suction, Different Experience

Hello everybody!
I’m very happy to share my next product review as part of my new partnership with Motsutoys (EU) / Onaholes (US)!
Something a little different from the usual Onaholes, hips, and torsos.
This review will be a little different because this time, I neither have an Onahole, torso, nor hip in front of me.
Instead, I have a device.
The KYO <3 Pump is, as the name suggests, a pump device. However, instead of manually creating the vacuum yourself, the entire suction process is automated.
I imagine quite a few of you have seen devices like this before and wondered:
Does this actually work, and what does it even feel like?
Well, let's find out.

🎨 Looks, Build & First Impressions
Simple assembly, solid materials, and a surprisingly good first impression.
The KYO <3 Pump arrives securely packed, and once you open the box, everything is laid out pretty clearly.
You get the main transparent tube, the suction unit itself, three differently sized inserts, the magnetic charging cable, and the manual.
Assembly couldn't really be much easier.
The suction device simply attaches to the end of the tube and stays securely in place. There is nothing you need to screw together or assemble with additional parts.
The main tube is quite long at approximately 20 cm / 7.9 inches, while the actual suction unit is comparatively compact.
On the front of the device are several physical buttons. There is no touch interface here, which I personally don't mind at all. Every button presses nicely and gives noticeable haptic feedback, making the controls easy to operate even without constantly looking at them.
The three included inserts resemble simple vaginal-style sleeves and come in a natural skin tone. All three felt pleasant in hand and made a good-quality impression straight out of the box.
Nothing about the KYO <3 Pump immediately feels cheap or poorly made. Everything fits together properly, the controls feel responsive, and the included accessories give you everything required to start using it.
Section Summary: A very good first impression overall. Assembly is simple, the controls feel good, and both the device and included inserts appear well made.
⭐ Score: 5/5
🛠️ Quality & Build
Sturdy construction, straightforward controls, and plenty of suction settings.
The positive first impression continues when taking a closer look at the overall quality.
The transparent tube feels surprisingly sturdy. It doesn't give me the impression of thin or cheap plastic, and I don't feel like I need to be overly careful with it during normal handling.
The suction unit itself also feels solid.
All controls are physical buttons with noticeable feedback:
The lower button turns the device on and off.
The right button controls Manual Mode.
The left button controls Auto Mode.
The upper button pauses the device and controls deflation. Double-pressing it releases the vacuum.
The controls are simple enough that you quickly understand what everything does.
Auto Mode
Auto Mode offers three settings, mainly changing how long each suction phase lasts.
Mode 1 uses shorter suction intervals, Mode 2 extends them, and Mode 3 keeps the suction active for the longest duration.
Importantly, Auto Mode automatically includes breaks between suction phases.
Manual Mode
Manual Mode works differently.
Here, you have four intensity levels, with Level 1 being the weakest and Level 4 providing the strongest suction.
Unlike Auto Mode, Manual Mode does not automatically give you breaks. You control that yourself using the pause and deflation controls.
The currently selected level is shown on the LED display, which makes it easy to see what setting you're using.
On top of the suction unit are two small openings. These allow liquid to escape if lube or moisture makes its way too far into the system. During testing, I noticed that using too much lubricant can cause some of it to come through these openings.
It's not a major problem, but it can be annoying, so this is definitely a device where more lube isn't automatically better.
The three included TPE inserts also make a good-quality impression. Their outer surface is smooth, soft, and pleasant to touch.
Before using the device for the first time, I recommend charging it fully. Devices rarely arrive with a complete charge, and the KYO <3 Pump takes approximately 90 minutes to charge.
According to the specifications, you get around 60 minutes of usage, which I consider more than enough for this type of device.
Charging is handled through a magnetic USB connection rather than USB-C. USB-C would naturally be more convenient, but magnetic charging works perfectly fine here.
The device is also waterproof, which is a welcome addition and means you don't need to panic if the suction unit gets wet during normal use or cleaning.
Section Summary: The KYO <3 Pump feels sturdy, the controls are intuitive, and both automatic and manual modes give you plenty of control over the suction experience.
⭐ Score: 5/5
⚖️ Fitting
Plenty of usable length, with three inserts offering different levels of enclosure.
With a tube length of approximately 20 cm / 7.9 inches, I think it's safe to say that most users should have plenty of usable space inside the KYO <3 Pump.
The inserts themselves were slightly tighter at the entrance than I initially expected.
Looking at them, I thought entry would be extremely open, but you actually need a little push to properly get inside. A moderate amount of lubricant definitely helps here.
I wouldn't overdo it, though, for reasons I'll explain further in the Safety section.
Once you've passed the entrance, the sleeves become significantly more open and provide plenty of interior room.
I think most users should fit comfortably. Very girthy users, however, may find the sleeves slightly restrictive because all three inserts share the same width.
The difference between them is primarily their length.
Which one works best will depend entirely on what type of sensation and fit you prefer.
I personally liked the medium insert the most. It gives you a nice middle ground between feeling open and exposed while still providing enough enclosure around you.
The shortest sleeve is interesting if you prefer something more focused around the tip and like the feeling of having more of yourself exposed.
The longest insert creates the most enclosed experience and surrounds significantly more of you.
All three worked well, and none felt objectively worse than the others. They're simply different options for different preferences.
Section Summary: Length shouldn't be an issue for most users, while the three inserts give you useful choices between more open and more enclosed stimulation. Wider users may find the fixed sleeve width slightly restrictive.
⭐ Score: 4.5/5
⚙️ Texture, Usage & Sensation
Very strong suction — but whether that translates into strong stimulation depends heavily on you.
Using the KYO <3 Pump is naturally quite different from using a normal Onahole or an automatic stroker.
Preparation itself is straightforward.
Choose one of the three inserts, apply enough lubricant, insert yourself, and then turn on the suction device.
If you're completely new to this type of product, I strongly recommend beginning with Auto Mode on its lowest setting.
Because Auto Mode automatically releases the suction and gives you breaks, it's a much easier way to understand how your body reacts to the sensation.
Once you're comfortable, you can gradually increase the suction duration and eventually experiment with Manual Mode as well.
Just remember that Manual Mode doesn't automatically stop for you. You'll need to pause the suction yourself and double-press the deflation button whenever you want to release the vacuum.
So, How Does It Actually Feel?
Auto mode
Manual mode
This is where things become very subjective.
The KYO <3 Pump is fundamentally a suction device.
It isn't an automatic stroker.
There is no built-in back-and-forth movement whatsoever unless you physically move the device yourself.
And personally, I need that movement.
Suction alone doesn't provide particularly strong stimulation for me. If I simply leave the device stationary and allow it to pump, the sensation becomes a little too bland.
That may be completely different for you.
Some people really enjoy suction as the primary form of stimulation, and if you're one of them, the KYO <3 Pump can provide an impressive amount of it.
What worked best for me was combining the suction with manual movement.
Auto Mode is particularly useful for this. I would stroke the device during its breaks and stop or slow down whenever the suction increased.
That creates a much more interesting combination of sensations.
Manually moving the KYO <3 Pump isn't quite as smooth as using a normal Onahole because the vacuum naturally creates resistance, but it's absolutely possible.
And that suction can become very strong.
At its highest Manual Mode setting, the KYO <3 Pump produces some of the strongest suction I've experienced from a device so far.
I've previously tested suction functionality with both the Syncbot and the Jupo-Jupo Ryujin, and the KYO <3 Pump felt stronger than either of them in terms of pure suction.
That makes its target audience quite clear.
If strong suction is something you actively enjoy, this device has plenty to offer.
If suction is something you only consider a bonus alongside movement, the experience may be less impressive.
The three included sleeves also contribute nicely to the sensation.
Their internal texture consists of relatively straightforward ribbing. Nothing here is anywhere near as elaborate as the internal structures you'll find inside many dedicated Onaholes, but it honestly doesn't need to be.
The suction itself is meant to be the main feature.
All three sleeves feel slightly different because of their length.
The shortest insert feels more open, the longest creates the most enclosed sensation, and the medium sleeve once again sits comfortably between the two.
Suction strength itself felt fairly similar regardless of which insert I used.
It Took Time to Click
Another important point is that I didn't immediately understand the appeal.
During my first session, my reaction was basically:
“And now? That's it?”
It took another two or three attempts before the experience started to make more sense to me.
Once I understood how to combine the suction, breaks, and manual movement, I enjoyed it considerably more.
Would I personally use the KYO <3 Pump frequently?
Probably not.
The overall stimulation is simply a little too low for my preferences.
But as something I can occasionally use when I want a completely different sensation? Absolutely.
There's also a nice additional benefit: the three inserts can be used completely independently from the pump.
They're essentially three open-ended sleeves, and they work surprisingly well as simple manual sleeves.
If you've already tried suction devices before and know you enjoy that sensation, I think the KYO <3 Pump is definitely worth looking into.
If you've never experienced suction but are curious, the discounted price also makes it a considerably easier experiment.
If you already know that suction doesn't interest you, however, I'd personally spend the money on a good Onahole instead.
Section Summary: The suction itself is impressively powerful, but the experience is highly preference-dependent. It became much better for me once I combined suction with manual movement, though the overall stimulation still remained below what I personally get from a good Onahole or stroking device.
⭐ Score: 3/5
🔊 Noise Levels
Noticeable, but far from excessively loud.
I measured the KYO <3 Pump using a smartphone decibel app.
As always with phone measurements, these numbers shouldn't be treated as laboratory-accurate values, but they give a useful indication of the overall noise level.
At the strongest suction setting, I measured peaks of approximately 50 dB.
At lower settings, the device generally remained around 40–45 dB.
It's also important to remember that the sound isn't constantly sitting at its maximum level.
The noise changes together with the pump. It rises as suction increases, decreases again, and changes throughout the suction cycle.
Overall, I think the noise level is perfectly acceptable.
Using headphones during a session also does a good job of masking the remaining pump noise.
Section Summary: Around 40–50 dB depending on the setting is reasonable for a motorized pump device, and the sound isn't constantly at its maximum level.
⭐ Score: 4.5/5
🛡️ Safety
Strong suction demands a little awareness, but the device remained manageable throughout my testing.
Overall, I found the KYO <3 Pump straightforward and safe to use when handled sensibly.
The suction can become very strong, but during my testing I never reached a point where I felt genuinely worried about what the device was doing.
The usual rule applies here:
If something feels uncomfortable, stop.
Especially when you're still learning how your body reacts to the suction, check what's happening occasionally instead of immediately pushing the device to its strongest settings.
There was one small issue I encountered during testing.
One of the inserts was partially pulled inward by the vacuum.
This only happened once, and I believe excessive lubricant was responsible.
Some lube had reached the outside edge of the insert where it wraps around the tube. This appears to have affected the seal and allowed the suction to pull the sleeve inward.
I didn't find the situation dangerous, but it was annoying.
I stopped the device, removed and cleaned the insert, made sure the outside remained free from lubricant, and reduced the amount I was using.
After that, the problem didn't happen again.
So while lubricant is definitely necessary, I'd recommend keeping it primarily where it's actually needed instead of covering the entire insert.
The pump can also be used while charging, although I still prefer simply charging it beforehand so there is no cable involved during use.
Section Summary: The device felt controlled even at stronger settings, but start slowly and avoid excessive lubricant around the outside of the insert, as this can interfere with the seal and pull the sleeve inward.
⭐ Score: 4.5/5
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance
Quick, simple, and helped considerably by the open-ended inserts.
Cleaning the KYO <3 Pump is refreshingly easy.
Start by removing the suction device.
If there are any lubricant or moisture remains on it, a damp paper towel is usually enough to wipe everything clean.
Then remove the insert from the tube.
Because all three sleeves are open-ended, you can simply rinse them thoroughly under lukewarm water. There are no deep closed tunnels where water or lubricant can become trapped.
That also makes drying them considerably easier.
For the transparent tube, I rinse it thoroughly with water and manually scrub the inside from both ends.
Because the tube is open and accessible from either side, I can reach everything without much effort.
Afterwards, I simply leave it to air-dry completely.
The entire cleaning process takes me approximately six to seven minutes.
It's easy, quick, and doesn't turn into a major cleaning project after every session.
Maintenance is equally straightforward.
The TPE sleeves need the same basic care as other TPE products: clean them properly, allow them to dry fully, and occasionally use renewing powder if necessary.
The actual pump device doesn't require much maintenance beyond keeping it clean and charged.
You can either recharge it after using it or charge it beforehand when you know you're planning another session.
Storage is probably the only thing worth thinking about because the KYO <3 Pump consists of several individual components.
You could give it a dedicated storage box, but I simply keep everything inside the original packaging.
That way, the tube, inserts, pump, and charger always remain together instead of mysteriously disappearing into different drawers.
Section Summary: Cleaning is one of the easiest parts of owning the KYO <3 Pump. The open-ended design makes both washing and drying straightforward, while general maintenance is minimal.
⭐ Score: 5/5
💡 Tips & Advice
Small things that make the KYO <3 Pump noticeably easier to use.
Give yourself a few sessions to understand the device instead of judging it entirely from your first attempt.
Start with Auto Mode and lower suction settings before experimenting with stronger Manual Mode levels.
Test all three inserts and find out which length works best for you.
Experiment with all Auto and Manual settings instead of assuming stronger automatically means better.
Use enough lubricant for comfortable entry, but avoid getting excessive lube around the outside of the insert.
Don't forget to charge the device before using it, or recharge it after your session.
Try using the three inserts manually without the pump as well — they work surprisingly well as standalone sleeves.
Wearing headphones helps mask the pump noise further.
Keep the tube, pump, sleeves, and charging cable stored together so you don't end up searching for individual parts later.

🎯 Is the KYO <3 Pump Right for You?
This device makes much more sense for some users than others.
The KYO <3 Pump may be for you if:
You already know that you enjoy strong suction.
You've used suction-based toys before and want something significantly stronger.
You enjoy combining suction with your own manual movement.
You want something different from standard Onaholes and automatic strokers.
You like experimenting with different suction strengths and durations.
You're curious about suction and can get the device at its discounted price.
You like the additional value of getting three usable standalone sleeves.
It may not be for you if:
You need constant stroking or movement to feel strong stimulation.
Suction doesn't appeal to you.
You're looking for a fully automatic hands-free stroker.
You expect an intense experience immediately without a learning period.
You're particularly girthy and generally prefer wider sleeves.
You're considering paying full retail price purely as an experiment.
In short: If strong suction is already something you enjoy, the KYO <3 Pump is easy to recommend; if you're mainly looking for movement and conventional stroking stimulation, there are probably better choices for your money.
🧠 TL;DR – Final Verdict
Technically very good, personally more niche.
The KYO <3 Pump is a well-built automated suction device that does exactly what it promises — and can create some seriously strong suction.
You get three differently sized open-ended TPE inserts, three automatic suction modes, four manual intensity levels, a solid build, approximately 60 minutes of battery life, waterproof construction, and very easy cleaning.
The biggest question isn't really whether the device works.
It does.
The real question is whether suction itself provides enough stimulation for you.
For me personally, suction alone was too mild in terms of actual pleasure. I needed to manually move the device and combine that movement with the changing vacuum to get much more out of the experience.
It also took me several sessions before the KYO <3 Pump really started to click.
Once it did, I enjoyed it considerably more — just not enough that I would personally reach for it regularly.
For users who genuinely enjoy strong suction, however, the story could be completely different. At its maximum setting, this is one of the strongest suction experiences I've had from a device.
At the current €47.95 / $47.95 sale price, I think it's an interesting experiment if suction is something you've wanted to explore.
At the regular €79.95 / $79.95 price, I'd personally be much more hesitant unless you already know that suction is your thing.
It's a good device.
Whether it's a good device for you depends almost entirely on how much you enjoy its very specific main feature.
⭐ Final Rating
A strong device whose technical quality exceeds my personal enjoyment of its stimulation.
Individual Scores
Looks, Build & First Impressions: 5/5
Quality & Build: 5/5
Fitting: 4.5/5
Texture, Usage & Sensation: 3/5
Noise Levels: 4.5/5
Safety: 4.5/5
Cleaning & Maintenance: 5/5
⭐Final Score: 4.5/5
That score needs a little explanation because if I rated the KYO <3 Pump only based on how much I personally enjoyed its sensation, I'd land closer to the 3/5 I gave the Texture, Usage & Sensation section.
But that wouldn't fairly represent the complete product.
The KYO <3 Pump is an interesting and genuinely different device.
It's also not going to be for everyone.
It takes some time to understand, and I can absolutely imagine some users trying it several times and still deciding that suction simply doesn't do much for them.
But that's preference rather than a failure of the device itself.
For people who enjoy strong suction and genuinely get pleasure from it, the KYO <3 Pump has a lot going for it.
The build quality is very good, everything works as intended, the controls are straightforward, the three included sleeves are useful, cleaning is easy, and most importantly:
The suction is seriously strong.
At the discounted €47.95 / $47.95, I think the KYO <3 Pump is a reasonable experiment if you're curious enough to try something different.
At the regular €79.95 / $79.95, however, I personally wouldn't buy it purely to find out whether suction is something I enjoy.
That's enough money to buy two very good Onaholes instead.
If you already know that suction works for you, that's a different story.
In that case, I'd say go for it.
The KYO <3 Pump does exactly what it's supposed to do — and does it very well.
💬 Closing Words
A different kind of review for a very different kind of product.
Thank you very much for reading!
I hope you enjoyed this review even though we stepped away from the usual Onaholes, hips, and torsos this time.
It was definitely interesting to test something completely different and spend some time figuring out what this type of device actually has to offer.
As always, a big thank you goes out to Motsutoys for their continuing amazing partnership with me and for making reviews like this possible.
