🧵The Coral Sleeve, The Flow Sleeve & The Touch Sleeve

Hello everybody, and welcome back to another The Handy review!

Last time, I reviewed The Quickie, a compact, open-ended sleeve with a hard shell. Its convenient design makes it particularly interesting for traveling, but it also works very well for regular use, including with your Handy.
I really enjoyed that open-ended design, so I was more than happy when The Handy gave me another opportunity to test some of their sleeves. And this time, we're going all in on open-ended designs!
Actually, my history with these sleeves goes back quite a while. During the original Handy 1 era, I purchased one of their first open-ended sleeves. Unfortunately, I can't remember its name anymore, and The Handy no longer lists it in their store.
But here's the interesting part: It's still one of my favorite sleeves, and I continue using it every now and then.
So naturally, I was curious to see how these newer designs would compare. Could one of them finally replace my old favorite?
Today, we're taking a closer look at three different sleeves: The Coral, The Flow, and The Touch.
All three share an open-ended design, but their textures, intensity levels, and intended experiences are quite different.
Let's find out what each one brings to the table!
How I Tested the Sleeves
For this review, I used my Handy 2 Pro, overclocked to a maximum speed setting of 800.
All three sleeves were tested with the official The Handy TrueGrip PRO Band, together with both The Handy Original Lube and Extra Thick Lube.
For hands-free testing, I mounted the Handy 2 Pro using the official The Handy Deskmount, but I also tested all three sleeves manually while holding the device.
Across three dedicated testing sessions, I regularly switched between the sleeves and used them with several different scripts ranging from slow and controlled movement to medium and considerably more intense action.
That gave me a pretty good idea of not only how each texture feels, but also where each sleeve works particularly well.
And there are definitely differences.

🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 4.5/5
Soft, flexible, and reassuringly solid. Just a little expensive.
The Coral Sleeve makes a very good first impression.
It's made from the familiar TPE material we've already seen with The Handy's other sleeves, offering the same pleasant combination of softness and flexibility.
One thing you'll notice is that the walls are relatively thick, giving the sleeve a little more mass. At 131 grams, it's not particularly heavy, but the additional material is definitely noticeable during use.
Those thicker walls also give me confidence regarding durability. Under normal usage conditions, I don't expect tearing to become an issue.
Despite the thicker construction, the material remains soft and flexible enough to accommodate different sizes comfortably.
Flexibility is arguably a little less important for an open-ended sleeve than for a traditional closed design, but it's still good to see that The Handy hasn't sacrificed it for a thicker construction.
My only real complaint concerns the price.
At €39.27 / $37, I consider the Coral Sleeve a little too expensive. Personally, I would prefer to see sleeves like this priced closer to €30 / $30.
It's the same criticism I had with some of the sleeves in my previous reviews.
Other than that, there's very little to complain about here. The Coral Sleeve feels well-made, sturdy, and comfortable.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
Easy to use, accommodating, and one of the advantages of going open-ended.
One of the biggest benefits of open-ended sleeves is that length becomes much less of a limitation.
With traditional closed sleeves, you need to pay closer attention to the available internal length. An open-ended sleeve is much more forgiving because you're not restricted by a closed chamber.
Of course, you might still prefer a longer sleeve, but overall, this design offers excellent flexibility when it comes to fitting.
Getting into the Coral Sleeve is straightforward.
Apply some lubricant inside the sleeve, add a little to yourself, and you're ready to go.
The material stretches comfortably and accommodates different sizes without much resistance.
I expect the Coral Sleeve to fit most users without problems, although someone with a particularly large girth might find it a little tighter.
For lubrication, I used a moderate amount.
Since the Coral Sleeve has a more pronounced internal texture, I think a little additional lubrication is beneficial. In general, I've also found that open-ended sleeves work nicely with slightly more lubricant.
However, there's one important consideration: Leakage.
Unlike closed sleeves, where most of the lubricant stays contained inside, open-ended sleeves allow it to escape from both ends.
Depending on the amount and type of lubricant, as well as the intensity of your movements, things can become considerably messier.
It's simply something you should be prepared for.
Later in this review, I'll share how I personally deal with this issue.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 5/5
A pronounced texture that delivers satisfying stimulation without becoming overwhelming.
Now we're getting to the interesting part!
The Coral Sleeve follows a rather straightforward texturing concept: soft, rounded knobs arranged throughout the interior.
These knobs are positioned relatively close together and have a nicely balanced size.
They're neither numerous tiny bumps nor a handful of oversized structures. Instead, they sit somewhere comfortably in the middle.
And that works extremely well.
The knobs are clearly noticeable during movement, creating a pleasant, massage-like stimulation. Particularly when they pass over the glans, the sensation becomes a real highlight.
But what makes the experience especially enjoyable is how the texture works together with the open-ended design.
Unlike a closed sleeve, which provides relatively constant contact, the Coral Sleeve can travel along a much larger portion of the shaft.
During full-length movements, this creates an interesting rhythm.
As the sleeve moves toward the lower shaft, there's a brief reduction in stimulation. When it travels back toward the glans, the textured interior becomes more noticeable again.
Stimulation, a brief pause, stimulation again.
This alternating sensation creates a very satisfying rhythm, particularly when using The Handy in manual mode.
Of course, the exact experience depends on your movement speed, stroke length, and whether you're using manual controls or a script.
Still, I particularly enjoyed how the small breaks helped balance the more pronounced internal texture.
The knobs remain clearly noticeable, but the stimulation doesn't feel excessive because you're not experiencing it constantly.
Another advantage is the ability to experiment with different stroke ranges.
Want something more focused on the glans? Simply shorten the stroke length and concentrate on the upper section.
Prefer a more balanced experience? Switch back to longer strokes.
You can also experiment with movements focusing more on the lower shaft.
There are quite a few possibilities here, and the Coral Sleeve responds nicely to these adjustments.
On my personal intensity scale, I would rate it at +1/3, putting it slightly on the more intense side.

The Handy officially classifies it as medium intensity, which I think is appropriate.
As for the climax experience, it's quite strong and satisfying.
The alternating stimulation and brief pauses create a pleasant build-up, ultimately leading to a more intense finish.
Overall, I really enjoyed the Coral Sleeve.
Its internal texture is pronounced enough to remain interesting while still offering a comfortable, well-balanced experience.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 5/5
Secure, stable, and exactly what you'd expect from an official Handy sleeve.
The Coral Sleeve performed flawlessly with my Handy 2 Pro.
Using the official TrueGrip PRO Band, it remained securely attached throughout testing.
There was no wobbling, no slipping, and no need to readjust anything, regardless of the intensity of the movement.
At 131 grams, it's also light enough to be suitable for the original Handy 1.
Overall, there's really nothing negative to report here.
Excellent performance.
💧 Lubrication, Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
Open-ended sleeves make cleaning almost ridiculously convenient.
Cleaning the Coral Sleeve is extremely straightforward.
Traditional sleeves are already relatively easy to maintain, but open-ended designs make the process even simpler because you can access the interior from both sides.
Simply rinse the sleeve under water, gently scrub the interior to remove any lubricant residue, and dry it.
Afterward, allow it to air-dry before storing it away.
That's pretty much everything.
Like the other sleeves in this review, the Coral Sleeve comes with its own storage capsule.
I really appreciate these capsules because they offer a convenient way to keep the sleeves properly stored when they're not being used.
🎯 Who Is It For?
Best for you if:
You enjoy open-ended sleeves and medium-intensity stimulation.
You prefer a more noticeable internal texture.
You like experimenting with different stroke lengths and movement patterns on your Handy.
You appreciate alternating stimulation rather than constant contact.
Maybe not for you if:
You dislike the messier nature of open-ended sleeves.
You prefer particularly smooth or gentle textures.
You find pronounced internal structures uncomfortable or overly stimulating.

The Coral Sleeve is an excellent open-ended design that combines a noticeable internal texture with a surprisingly balanced stimulation pattern.
It's comfortable, reliable with The Handy, easy to clean, and offers plenty of opportunities to experiment with different movement styles.
My only real criticism is the somewhat high price.
A fantastic choice for anyone who enjoys pronounced textures without necessarily wanting constant, overwhelming stimulation.
🌊 The Flow Sleeve
Sometimes, less really is more. And sometimes, less means no texture whatsoever.

Price | €23.50 / $25 |
🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 5/5
Extremely lightweight, surprisingly simple, and appropriately priced.
The Flow Sleeve immediately stands out from the other two sleeves.
Why?
Because it weighs almost nothing.
At just 27 grams, it's easily the lightest sleeve in this review and probably one of the lightest I've encountered from The Handy.
There are two main reasons for that.
First, the sleeve has no internal structures adding extra material. No knobs, no ridges, and no complicated texturing.
Second, its walls are noticeably thinner than those of the Coral and Touch sleeves.
In fact, the Flow Sleeve has the thinnest walls of all three products in this review.
Despite that, I have very little to criticize regarding its construction.
The TPE material feels good, remains sufficiently soft, and offers enough flexibility for comfortable usage.
I don't expect tearing to become an issue under normal conditions, although I would still recommend handling it with a little more care than its thicker counterparts.
After all, there's simply less material involved.
Another positive aspect is the price.
At €23.50 / $25, the Flow Sleeve is considerably cheaper than the Coral and Touch sleeves.
And I think that's appropriate.
Considering its extremely simple construction and completely smooth interior, I wouldn't expect it to cost as much as a more elaborate textured sleeve.
It's good to see that The Handy adjusted the price accordingly.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
A simple, flexible fit with one particularly important lubrication consideration.
Like the other open-ended sleeves, the Flow Sleeve is easy to use.
Its flexible material accommodates different sizes comfortably, and I expect most users to have no significant fitting problems.
Getting into the sleeve is straightforward, with no unusual resistance or difficulties.
However, lubrication deserves a little more attention here.
While you can use the Flow Sleeve with a smaller amount of lubricant to create additional friction, I strongly recommend using a more generous amount, particularly with The Handy.
The reason isn't necessarily comfort.
It's movement.
During testing, I noticed that insufficient lubrication could interfere with how smoothly the sleeve traveled along the shaft.
This becomes especially noticeable around the lower section.
I'll explain exactly what happened in the Handy Performance section.
And, of course, there's the familiar open-ended sleeve problem: lubricant leakage.
As with the Coral Sleeve, expect some additional mess during use.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 4.5/5
The texture is... well, there isn't one. That's the entire concept.
This might be the easiest texture section I've ever had to write.
The Flow Sleeve has a completely smooth interior.
No knobs. No bumps. No spirals. No ribs.
Nothing.
Just a smooth TPE tunnel.
There is one small difference toward the upper opening, where the sleeve becomes slightly narrower.
This creates a subtle gripping sensation as the sleeve moves over the glans, offering a very gentle, almost penetration-like feeling.
But emphasis on very gentle.
Otherwise, the stimulation comes almost entirely from the smooth material moving along the shaft.
The Handy classifies the Flow Sleeve as a low-intensity product, and I completely agree.
On my personal intensity scale, it receives -3/3, making it one of the gentlest sleeves I've tested.

The Flow Sleeve is designed primarily for stamina training and extended sessions.
And that's exactly where its strengths lie.
Instead of providing constant, noticeable stimulation, it offers a very soft and controlled experience.
There's no pronounced texture demanding your attention or pushing the intensity higher.
You can simply enjoy a longer session at your own pace.
Personally, I enjoy smooth textures, but even I found the Flow Sleeve a little underwhelming at times.
However, that's not necessarily a criticism of its design.
The Flow Sleeve isn't supposed to deliver intense stimulation. Its purpose is to make longer, gentler sessions possible.
And for that intended purpose, it works very well.
I can also imagine it being an excellent option for people who find more heavily textured sleeves uncomfortable or overstimulating.
If even medium-intensity products sometimes feel like too much, something this gentle could be a very welcome alternative.
Interestingly, the climax experience can still become quite intense.
Not because the sleeve suddenly provides stronger stimulation, but because of the longer build-up throughout the session.
It's a different approach, and one that certainly has its place.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 4/5
Lightweight and compatible, but proper lubrication is essential.
Considering its incredibly low weight, it's hardly surprising that the Flow Sleeve doesn't put much strain on The Handy.
My Handy 2 Pro had no problems moving the sleeve, and its lightweight construction should also make it suitable for the original Handy 1.
However, I encountered a small practical problem during testing.
As mentioned earlier, the Flow Sleeve needs sufficient lubrication to move smoothly, particularly along the lower shaft.
When I didn't apply enough lubricant across the entire shaft, the sleeve experienced additional resistance during movement.
As a result, the mounting band gradually shifted upward from its original position.
I had to stop and readjust the band a couple of times, which became a little annoying.
Nothing particularly dramatic, but definitely something worth mentioning.
Applying more lubricant significantly improved the situation.
With sufficient lubrication, the sleeve moved much more smoothly and the band remained more stable.
Depending on how long your session lasts, you might also need to reapply lubricant occasionally.
This is particularly relevant because the Flow Sleeve is designed for extended sessions in the first place.
So while it works well with The Handy, it requires a little more attention than the Coral or Touch sleeves.
Make sure everything is properly lubricated, especially around the lower shaft, and be prepared for an occasional adjustment.
💧 Lubrication, Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
Possibly the easiest sleeve to clean so far.
There's not much to explain here.
The Flow Sleeve is extremely easy to clean.
Thanks to its open-ended design and completely smooth interior, there are no complicated structures where lubricant residue can accumulate.
Rinse it under water, gently clean the interior, dry it, and allow it to air-dry before storing it.
Done.
The entire process takes me less than five minutes.
Honestly, maintenance doesn't get much more convenient than this.
Like the others, it also comes with its own storage capsule.
🎯 Who Is It For?
Best for you if:
You prefer extremely gentle stimulation.
You enjoy smooth textures without pronounced internal structures.
You want a sleeve specifically suited for longer sessions.
You find more heavily textured sleeves uncomfortable or overstimulating.
You appreciate a lightweight, affordable design.
Maybe not for you if:
You need noticeable internal textures for satisfying stimulation.
You prefer stronger or more immediate sensations.
You dislike open-ended sleeves and their additional mess.
You don't want to deal with lubrication adjustments or occasional band repositioning during use.

Overall | ⭐ 4.7/5 |
The Flow Sleeve is an interesting product because its biggest strength is also its biggest limitation.
Its smooth, almost textureless interior makes it excellent for extended sessions and users who prefer very gentle stimulation.
However, people looking for pronounced sensations may find it a little too basic.
I also encountered some minor mounting-band movement when lubrication wasn't sufficient.
Still, the quality is good, the price is reasonable, and the intended concept works.
Not necessarily my personal favorite, but an excellent option if you specifically want something very gentle and suitable for longer sessions.
✋ The Touch Sleeve
An interesting attempt to recreate hand-like stimulation, with a clever texture that quickly became my favorite.

Price | €39.27 / $37 |
🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 4.5/5
A solid construction with plenty of texture and familiar Handy quality.
The Touch Sleeve shares several characteristics with the Coral Sleeve.
It's made from soft TPE and features relatively thick walls, giving it a noticeably more substantial construction than the lightweight Flow Sleeve.
At 135 grams, it's also the heaviest of the three sleeves, although only slightly heavier than the Coral.
The material feels pleasant, flexible, and durable.
The walls provide enough thickness that I'm not particularly concerned about tearing during normal use.
Overall, it gives the same positive quality impression as the other sleeves I've reviewed from The Handy.
The material is soft enough for comfortable use while remaining flexible enough to accommodate different sizes.
As with the Coral Sleeve, my only real criticism concerns the price.
At €39.27 / $37, I would have preferred something a little closer to €30 / $30.
Other than that, the Touch Sleeve offers very good build quality.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
Comfortable, flexible, and easy to use.
Fitting the Touch Sleeve is straightforward.
Despite its more elaborate internal texture, the sleeve offers sufficient flexibility to accommodate different sizes without much difficulty.
The material stretches comfortably, and I expect it to fit most users.
Naturally, no sleeve is guaranteed to fit absolutely everybody, especially when individual girth differences come into play.
But in my experience, the Touch Sleeve provides a very accommodating fit.
For lubrication, I found a moderate amount sufficient.
There's no particular need to use excessive amounts, although proper lubrication remains important for comfortable movement.
As with the other two sleeves, lubricant can escape through both openings during use.
This makes it a little messier than a closed design, but I found it manageable.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 5/5
A clever combination of ribs, soft knobs, and a surprisingly convincing gripping sensation.
Now, this is where the Touch Sleeve becomes really interesting.
The Handy describes it as a sleeve designed to mimic hand stimulation.
Instead of simply creating another heavily textured interior, they've attempted to recreate certain characteristics of manual stimulation through a combination of different structures.
And I have to say, I think they did an excellent job.
The interior features a ribbed texture, with evenly spaced ring-like structures running along the sleeve.
Additionally, there are four straight rows of smaller, soft knobs positioned alongside those ribs.
Together, these elements create the main internal texture.
But the most interesting feature is located toward the upper opening.
Here, you'll find five more pronounced knobs, designed to recreate something resembling the gripping sensation of a hand.
And surprisingly, it works really well!
As the sleeve moves over the glans, these five structures create a very pleasant, noticeable grip.
It's not an exact recreation of a hand, of course, but the sensation is certainly reminiscent of one.
What I particularly enjoyed is how well this upper section works together with the rest of the interior.
The smaller knobs and ribbed structures create a nicely textured experience throughout movement.
However, the texture isn't excessively pronounced.
You don't necessarily feel every individual knob or rib passing over you.
Instead, the structures blend together into a balanced stimulation pattern.
It's neither too firm nor too gentle.
A more aggressive texture could easily have become overwhelming, especially when combined with the stronger grip at the upper opening.
But if the texture were too soft, the whole hand-like concept would lose much of its effect.
The Touch Sleeve finds a very comfortable middle ground.
The Handy officially classifies it as medium intensity, which I think is reasonable.
On my personal intensity scale, I would give it +1/3, making it slightly more intense than neutral.

Compared with the Coral Sleeve, I found the overall stimulation less intense, but not necessarily less satisfying.
Quite the opposite.
The balanced interior and the pronounced gripping sensation near the opening work beautifully together.
I particularly enjoyed using it with slower movements.
This allows the different textures to become more noticeable, especially when the five upper knobs grip around the glans.
The climax experience is fantastic as well.
It feels intense and satisfying without becoming overwhelming.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with how The Handy approached this design.
Instead of relying purely on stronger textures, they created something with a distinct purpose and a recognizable sensation.
And for me, the Touch Sleeve has become my favorite open-ended sleeve so far.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 5/5
Flawless performance without any complications.
The Touch Sleeve performed perfectly with my Handy 2 Pro.
The device had no trouble moving it, and the sleeve remained securely attached throughout use.
There was no noticeable slipping, wobbling, or need for adjustments.
Its weight and construction also make it suitable for the original Handy 1.
Just as with the Coral Sleeve, there's really nothing to complain about here.
Excellent and reliable performance.
💧 Lubrication, Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
More texture, but still wonderfully easy to maintain.
Despite the more elaborate internal structure, cleaning the Touch Sleeve remains very simple.
The open-ended design allows easy access to the interior, making it straightforward to rinse and gently clean the textured areas.
Afterward, dry the sleeve, allow it to air-dry, and store it in its capsule.
The whole process takes me around five minutes.
Considering the amount of texture inside, that's perfectly reasonable.
🎯 Who Is It For?
Best for you if:
You enjoy open-ended sleeves with balanced stimulation.
You prefer medium-intensity products that aren't overly aggressive.
You want a texture that somewhat resembles the gripping sensation of a hand.
You particularly enjoy stimulation around the glans.
You want to experiment with slower movements and suitable content on your Handy.
Maybe not for you if:
You dislike open-ended sleeves and their messier nature.
You prefer completely smooth or extremely gentle textures.
You think the pronounced gripping structures near the opening might be too stimulating.

The Touch Sleeve is a fantastic example of how a relatively simple concept can become something genuinely interesting through clever texture design.
Its combination of soft ribs, smaller knobs, and the five pronounced structures near the opening creates a very enjoyable and surprisingly convincing gripping sensation.
It's comfortable, nicely balanced, easy to maintain, and performs flawlessly with The Handy.
The price remains my only meaningful criticism.
A fantastic sleeve, and easily my personal favorite among these three.
💡 Open-Ended Sleeves: How I Keep the Mess Under Control
Because sometimes, the biggest challenge isn't the stimulation. It's the cleanup afterward.
As you can probably tell by now, I really enjoy open-ended sleeves.
They offer a different kind of stimulation, allow greater flexibility with stroke lengths, and can create some very enjoyable sensations.
However, there's one disadvantage we haven't been able to escape:
They're messy.
With a traditional closed sleeve, most of the lubricant and fluids stays contained inside.
You might experience some leakage around the entrance, but generally speaking, everything remains relatively manageable.
Open-ended sleeves are different.
Since both ends are open, lubricant and fluids can escape in multiple directions.
And depending on your position and the intensity of the movement, things can become quite messy.
So, how do I deal with it?
Here's my personal approach.
First, I should mention that I generally don't use these sleeves hands-free.
I briefly tested hands-free usage for this review, but my preferred method is using The Handy in handheld mode.
I also don't sit at my desk.
Instead, I sit on my couch, place a towel underneath me, and extend my legs into a comfortable sitting position.
Nothing particularly unusual so far.
But here's the important part.
I tilt my Handy approximately 30° forward, away from my body.
Rather than keeping the device in the more upright, approximately 90° position I would normally use, I angle it forward.
This helps me manage where the fluids go and gives me a little more control over the mess.
Does it eliminate the problem entirely?
Of course not.
Open-ended sleeves are still messier than closed ones.
However, I've found this method makes the situation considerably more manageable.
It's a simple adjustment that works well for me, and perhaps it might help you too.
Of course, there are probably several other ways to deal with this.
If you've found your own method, feel free to share it in the comments!
I'm always interested in hearing how other people approach these things.
After all, there's no reason we shouldn't exchange a little practical knowledge while we're here. ^^
📊 Sleeve Comparison Table
No Slibowitz review without a comparison table. Some things will never change.
With these three new additions, our growing Handy sleeve collection now includes seven reviewed products.
Each sleeve offers a somewhat different experience, so here's an overview to help you compare them.
Sleeve | Fit | Sensation | Intensity | Handy Performance | Maintenance | Overall |
The Lips Sleeve | Flexible, easy fit | Pronounced knobs, tight twisted gate & wider end chamber | Very Intense (+3/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The Lotus Sleeve | Flexible, slightly snugger with more suction | Smooth, subtle & minimally textured | Very Gentle (-3/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.8/5 |
The Silk Sleeve | Widest and easiest fit | Soft silicone knobs, smooth & balanced | Gentle (-1/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very easy; capsule storage recommended | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The Quickie | Slightly snugger inside the case; very flexible without it | Soft spiral ridges, balanced stimulation & tighter exit grip | Gentle (-1/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The Coral Sleeve | Flexible, easy fit | Pronounced soft knobs, rhythmic stimulation & glans massage | Slightly Intense (+1/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The Flow Sleeve | Flexible, easy fit | Fully smooth interior, subtle grip at upper opening | Very Gentle (-3/3) | Good, needs more lubrication; band may shift | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.7/5 |
The Touch Sleeve | Flexible, easy fit | Ribbed texture, soft knobs & pronounced hand-like grip | Gentle (-1/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
A quick reminder: Intensity ratings describe how stimulating a sleeve feels during use, not how good or bad it is.
A very gentle sleeve can be just as enjoyable as a highly intense one. It simply depends on what kind of experience you're looking for.
🏆 Collection Verdict — Three Sleeves, Three Different Strengths
After testing all three sleeves, I think The Handy has done a very good job creating products that serve different preferences.
Rather than feeling like slightly altered versions of the same sleeve, each one has its own purpose.
And that's exactly what I like to see in a product collection.
🥇 My Overall Pick: The Touch Sleeve
The Touch Sleeve is easily my favorite of the three.
I really appreciate the creativity behind its design and how The Handy attempted to recreate certain characteristics of hand stimulation.
The five pronounced knobs near the opening create a wonderful gripping sensation, while the ribbed interior and smaller knobs provide nicely balanced stimulation.
It's not overly intense, but it's also far from boring.
Everything works together beautifully, creating a sleeve that feels distinctive and enjoyable.
For my personal preferences, the Touch Sleeve is the clear winner.
🧵 Best Pronounced Sensation: The Coral Sleeve
If you prefer more noticeable internal structures, the Coral Sleeve is probably the more interesting choice.
Its numerous soft knobs create a stronger, more pronounced sensation than the Touch Sleeve.
However, the open-ended design and alternating stimulation help prevent that texture from becoming overwhelming.
The result is an excellent balance between noticeable stimulation and comfortable movement.
I particularly enjoyed the massage-like sensation around the glans and the ability to change the experience through different stroke lengths.
A fantastic choice if you prefer your sleeves a little more textured and stimulating.
🎯 Best for Longer Sessions: The Flow Sleeve
This one is probably the most obvious choice.
With its completely smooth interior and extremely gentle stimulation, the Flow Sleeve is specifically suited for longer sessions.
There's no complicated texture demanding your attention, and nothing particularly intense pushing the stimulation higher.
For someone who enjoys extended sessions, that can be exactly what they're looking for.
It's also an excellent alternative for users who find more aggressive sleeves too stimulating.
Just keep in mind that sufficient lubrication is particularly important here.
Simple, gentle, and very well suited for its intended purpose.

🥇 1st | The Touch Sleeve | ⭐ 5/5 |
🥈 2nd | The Coral Sleeve | ⭐ 4.5/5 |
🥉 3rd | The Flow Sleeve | ⭐ 3.5/5 |
These personal ratings reflect my individual preferences and testing experience, rather than the calculated category scores shown earlier.
A lower placement doesn't necessarily mean a sleeve is objectively worse.
For example, while the Flow Sleeve receives the lowest personal rating, I still consider it a very good option for people specifically looking for extremely gentle stimulation.
Ultimately, everyone has different preferences when it comes to textures, intensity, and how they enjoy using their Handy.
And that's precisely why having several distinct options is a good thing.
🧠 TL;DR — Which Sleeve Should You Pick?
All three sleeves offer good quality, comfortable fitting, and convenient maintenance.
However, their stimulation profiles and intended experiences are noticeably different.
Here's my quick recommendation:
🪸 Choose The Coral Sleeve if:
You enjoy pronounced textures and slightly stronger stimulation. Its soft knobs and alternating contact create a wonderfully rhythmic, massage-like experience.
🌊 Choose The Flow Sleeve if:
You prefer extremely gentle stimulation, smooth interiors, and longer sessions. Just remember that proper lubrication is particularly important when using it with The Handy.
✋ Choose The Touch Sleeve if:
You want a well-balanced texture with a distinct gripping sensation. Its clever design somewhat recreates hand-like stimulation without becoming overwhelming.
Overall Conclusion
The Coral, Flow, and Touch sleeves demonstrate how much variety an open-ended design can offer.
The Coral delivers pronounced texture, the Flow focuses on gentle endurance, and the Touch combines balanced stimulation with a creative hand-like grip.
All three have their strengths, and choosing between them ultimately comes down to personal preference.
For me, the Touch Sleeve takes the crown, followed closely by the Coral Sleeve.
The Flow Sleeve might not be my personal favorite, but I can absolutely appreciate its intended purpose and why others might prefer it.
And as for that old open-ended sleeve I've been using since the Handy 1 era?
Well, I think the Touch Sleeve has finally given it some serious competition. ^^
