🧵The Handy Lips, Lotus & Silk Sleeves Review

Hello everybody, and welcome to my next review in collaboration with The Handy!
My previous review took a closer look at The Handy's own lubricants, which actually makes for a pretty good transition into today's topic. We have the lube — now we need something to put it in.
This time, The Handy sent me three different sleeves to test and review:
The Lips Sleeve, The Lotus Sleeve, and The Silk Sleeve.

And despite looking relatively similar from the outside, these three offer surprisingly different experiences. One goes all-in on intensity, one takes the smoother and gentler route, and one brings silicone into the mix as a more balanced alternative.
So rather than simply asking which sleeve is "best", I wanted to find out what each one does differently — and which type of user and session each one fits best.
How I Tested the Sleeves
For this review, I used my Handy 2 Pro, overclocked to a maximum speed setting of 800.
All three sleeves were tested with the official The Handy TrueGrip PRO Band, together with both The Handy Original Lube and Extra Thick Lube.
For hands-free testing, I mounted the Handy 2 Pro using the official The Handy Deskmount, but I also tested all three sleeves manually while holding the device.
Across three dedicated testing sessions, I regularly switched between the sleeves and used them with several different scripts ranging from slow and controlled movement to medium and considerably more intense action.
That gave me a pretty good idea of not only how each texture feels, but also where each sleeve works particularly well.
And there are definitely differences.

You can find the sleeves here:
👄 The Lips Sleeve
An intense texture built around pronounced stimulation and a very noticeable final section.
Official Stimulation Level: Intense
Design: Closed
Price: €39.27 / $37
🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 4.5/5
The Lips Sleeve uses a full TPE construction and measures approximately 121.81–130.03 mm (4.80–5.12") in length, with an inner width ranging from 10–35 mm (0.39–1.38") and an outer width of approximately 59.06 mm (2.33").
At 151 g (5.33 oz), it is also light enough that weight never becomes an issue when used with The Handy.
The material itself feels good and sturdy. The walls are sufficiently thick, and under normal use I would not be particularly worried about accidentally tearing through the material.
Overall, it makes a durable impression and feels more like something you buy once and take care of properly rather than something that should need frequent replacement.
That obviously still depends on proper cleaning, drying and storage, because TPE remains TPE and appreciates being treated nicely. Abuse your sleeve and your sleeve may eventually file a complaint.
My only real criticism here is the price.
At €39.27 / $37, I personally find it a little expensive for a TPE sleeve. Somewhere around the €30 / $30 range would feel more comfortable to me.
The build quality itself, however, leaves very little to complain about.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
The Lips Sleeve is an easy sleeve to fit.
The TPE is flexible enough to adapt to different sizes and girths without requiring you to fight your way inside. There is naturally going to be an upper limit for particularly large girths, where the sleeve may simply become too tight, but anyone around standard dimensions should have very little trouble.
Smaller dimensions should work well too thanks to the relatively tight internal structure.
With enough lubrication, entry is simple and comfortable. Because the sleeve already provides fairly intense stimulation, I personally recommend using a moderate amount of lube rather than trying to run it too dry.
During testing, around four to five normal squeezes of The Handy Original Lube worked well for me. With the Extra Thick Lube, I could usually get away with a little less.
As always, the exact amount depends on your anatomy, session length, movement intensity and personal preference.
I encountered slightly more leakage with the Lips Sleeve than with the other two. Some lubricant and fluid could escape through the bottom and occasionally reach the device, but nothing excessive or difficult to clean.
Your results may naturally differ depending on your anatomy, lubricant and intensity.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 5/5
Endosope footage
This is where the Lips Sleeve really shows its personality.
The Handy officially describes it as an intense sleeve, and I absolutely agree.
The most obvious feature is the large internal knob. It is very noticeable during use, and because you can rotate the sleeve inside the band, you can effectively decide where that knob applies the strongest stimulation.
Position it toward the frenulum and things become considerably more intense.
Rotate the sleeve away from that area and you can tone things down a little.
I really like this because it gives you a surprisingly simple way of adjusting the sensation without changing anything else about your setup.
There are also several smaller and softer knobs throughout the tunnel. These are not as dominant as the main one, but they add another layer of stimulation.
The most interesting part for me, however, comes shortly before the end chamber.
Here, the tunnel narrows into a smaller, slightly twisted opening that you repeatedly penetrate with every stroke. You can clearly feel yourself passing through this tighter section before reaching the wider end chamber.
The twisting sensation isn't overwhelmingly strong, but it is definitely present.
That contrast between the pronounced knob, the tighter gate-like section and the more open end chamber gives the Lips Sleeve a lot of character.
It works particularly well with slower scripts, because slower movements give you enough time to properly notice each part of the internal structure instead of simply flying through it.
Stimulation remains high throughout the session, but importantly, I never found it unpleasant or genuinely overwhelming.
And the climax experience?
Very intense.
On my personal stimulation scale, the Lips Sleeve earns a full +3/3 — Very Intense.
It knows exactly what it wants to do, and it does it very well.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 5/5
For my testing, I used the official TrueGrip PRO Band with the standard single-strap setup.
The Lips Sleeve sits firmly inside the band and does not noticeably slip, wobble or work itself loose.
Even during faster and more intense scripts, I never felt like I had to worry about the sleeve suddenly making an escape attempt.
Its low weight is also no problem for the Handy 2 Pro, and the device moves it effortlessly.
Based on its size and weight, I see no reason why it should have any trouble working with the original Handy 1 either.
The standard single-strap system was completely sufficient throughout my testing, so I never felt the need to switch to the double-strap configuration.
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
This is one of the biggest advantages of these sleeves compared with considerably larger toys:
Cleaning takes almost no time.
In my case, the complete process takes around five minutes.
After use, I rinse the sleeve thoroughly with water, let everything drain, carefully turn it inside out and gently clean the internal texture.
Afterwards, I dry it using a microfiber cloth.
The Handy states that the sleeves can also be left to air-dry naturally. Personally, I prefer drying them directly so there is as little chance as possible for hidden moisture to remain somewhere inside.
Occasionally, you can also use a suitable renewal powder for maintaining the surface, although this is not something that needs to be done after every use.
Storage is equally simple.
Each sleeve comes inside its own capsule-style storage container, which I really like. The capsule includes a small ventilation opening at the top for airflow, and The Handy even added a label on the bottom identifying which sleeve belongs inside.
It is a very small detail, but when you own several sleeves, not having to open three identical capsules while wondering which mysterious tunnel lives inside which one is surprisingly convenient.
The same storage system is included with the other two sleeves as well, so rather than repeating myself three times: yes, I like the capsules.
Who Is It For?
Best for: shorter to medium-length sessions, oral-themed content, users who enjoy pronounced textures, anyone looking for high stimulation, quicker sessions, and particularly intense climax experiences.
Maybe not for you if: you are especially sensitive to stronger textures, prefer long edging sessions with low stimulation, or generally find pronounced knobs and tighter internal structures overwhelming.

🛠️ Quality & Build | ⭐ 4.5/5 |

⚙️ Handy Performance | ⭐ 5/5 |
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance | ⭐ 5/5 |
Overall | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
Short Verdict
Intense, highly stimulating and easily the most aggressive of the three sleeves. The adjustable main knob and tight final section give the Lips Sleeve a distinctive texture that works especially well with slower scripts and users who want to feel every part of the tunnel.
🪷 The Lotus Sleeve
A much gentler approach focused on smooth movement, subtle texture and longer sessions.
Official Stimulation Level: Low
Design: Closed
Price: €39.27 / $37
🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 4.5/5
A lot of what I said about the Lips Sleeve also applies to the Lotus.
It uses the same general TPE construction and makes an equally good impression in terms of material quality and durability.
The Lotus measures approximately 122.58–130 mm (4.83–5.12") in length, with an inner width ranging from 10.65–39.70 mm (0.42–1.56"), an outer width of approximately 59.07 mm (2.33"), and a weight of 156 g (5.5 oz).
The walls again feel sufficiently thick and durable for normal use, and nothing about the sleeve makes me particularly worried about premature tearing.
Like the Lips, it feels like a product that should last you quite a while when cleaned, dried and stored properly.
And also like the Lips, my only significant criticism is the price.
At €39.27 / $37, I would personally prefer seeing these TPE sleeves slightly closer to the €30 / $30 range.
Everything else here is solid.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
Fit is very similar to the Lips Sleeve.
The flexible material adapts nicely to different dimensions, and getting inside does not require excessive force.
Interestingly, though, the Lotus actually feels slightly tighter during use despite the listed specifications not making that difference particularly obvious.
The main reason appears to be suction.
The Lotus creates noticeably more suction around you, giving the sleeve a somewhat snugger sensation without turning it into an extreme vacuum experience.
It's noticeable, but still balanced.
Lubrication requirements were almost identical to the Lips Sleeve. Around four to five squeezes of The Handy Original Lube worked well during my sessions, with slightly less usually being required when using the Extra Thick Lube.
Leakage was minimal in my testing.
I noticed a small amount of residue escaping from the bottom, but considerably less than with the Lips Sleeve.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 4.5/5
Endoscope footage
The Lotus takes almost the complete opposite approach to the Lips.
Where the Lips immediately announces its presence, the Lotus is much more subtle.
The main tunnel uses a soft, wavy knob pattern, but these structures are very mild. During actual use, I barely noticed individual elements.
Rather than having specific knobs constantly pressing against you, the internal structure creates more of a passive background stimulation.
There are no particularly large knobs or aggressive structures throughout the main tunnel.
Near the top, things become slightly more interesting with a narrower, cervix-style section leading into a larger end chamber.
Inside that chamber are several additional soft, wavy structures that gently make contact with the glans.
Again, they are noticeable, but nothing here is trying to dominate the experience.
The result is an extremely smooth and comfortable sleeve.
Out of all three products in this review, the Lotus is easily the least intense.
On my personal stimulation scale, I would place it at -3/3 — Very Gentle.
But gentle does not mean unstimulating.
The Lotus simply gets its stimulation from smooth movement, suction and overall fit rather than aggressive texture.
That makes it particularly good for longer sessions and edging.
It works very well with slow scripts, but because nothing inside becomes excessively aggressive at higher speeds, I also found it suitable for medium and faster content.
For me, this is easily the best long-session sleeve of the three.
There is one important caveat, though.
I personally enjoy smoother textures, so the Lotus works very well for me. Someone who needs pronounced internal structures to feel properly stimulated may initially find this sleeve almost too smooth.
If that sounds familiar, I would still recommend giving the Lotus some time rather than dismissing it after one session.
Once you become accustomed to its more subtle style, there is a lot to enjoy here.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 5/5
Performance with The Handy is virtually identical to the Lips Sleeve.
I again used the TrueGrip PRO Band with the single-strap configuration.
Installation is easy, the sleeve remains firmly secured, and throughout my testing I never noticed problematic slipping, wobbling or instability.
The Handy 2 Pro moves it without difficulty even during faster scripts.
And just like the Lips Sleeve, the Lotus should work perfectly well with the original Handy 1.
Nothing complicated here.
Attach it, add lube, choose your script and go.
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
Cleaning is equally straightforward.
The Lotus can be rinsed, inverted, gently cleaned and dried within only a few minutes.
For me, the entire process again takes approximately five minutes.
Its compact size makes both drying and storage very convenient, and it comes with the same ventilated storage capsule used by the Lips Sleeve.
Compared with cleaning a large Onahole or torso, this almost feels suspiciously easy.
Who Is It For?
Best for: long and edging sessions, slow through fast content, users who prefer smooth and less intense stimulation, people who find heavily textured sleeves overstimulating, and anyone who prefers a more natural-feeling tunnel without aggressive knobs or constant texture changes.
Maybe not for you if: you rely heavily on pronounced textures for stimulation, want very intense short sessions, or prefer clearly defined internal structures that you can identify throughout each stroke.

Short Verdict
Smooth, soft and deliberately minimal. The Lotus is not trying to overwhelm you with texture; instead, it delivers comfortable, balanced stimulation that makes it particularly well suited for long sessions and edging.
🧵 The Silk Sleeve
The Handy's first silicone sleeve combines a familiar Gen 2-inspired texture with a softer, wider and more natural-feeling construction.
Official Stimulation Level: Medium
Design: Closed
Price: €48.79 / $59
🛠️ Quality & Build — ⭐ 4.5/5
The Silk immediately stands apart from the other two sleeves because this is The Handy's first silicone sleeve.
And you can feel that difference before even using it.
The material is noticeably smoother and silkier than the TPE used for the Lips and Lotus — which makes the name rather appropriate.
The sleeve measures approximately 133.12–139.62 mm (5.24–5.50") in length, with an inner width ranging from 21–33 mm (0.83–1.30") and an outer width of approximately 56 mm (2.21").
The silicone itself feels soft, smooth and pleasant while still giving the walls a reassuringly durable construction.
As with the other sleeves, nothing about the build makes me particularly concerned about normal long-term use.
Silicone is also generally chosen for its durability and easy maintenance, so the Silk should have excellent longevity when treated properly.
The biggest drawback is once again the price.
At €48.79 / $59, the Silk is considerably more expensive than the two TPE sleeves.
A price increase for silicone is understandable, but personally, I would have preferred seeing it somewhere around the €40 / $40 range.
Still, the material itself feels excellent and is absolutely one of the sleeve's biggest strengths.
⚖️ Fit & Sizing — ⭐ 5/5
The Silk is the widest sleeve of the three.
And unsurprisingly, that also makes it the easiest fit.
The tunnel itself is comparatively open and straightforward, without any narrow chambers or gate-like sections that need to be passed through.
Combined with the flexible silicone construction, this gives the sleeve plenty of room to accommodate different dimensions.
If you find tighter sleeves uncomfortable or simply prefer a more spacious tunnel, this is easily the most suitable of the three.
Lubrication requirements remained surprisingly similar.
Around four to five squeezes of Original Lube worked well throughout my testing.
Despite having the widest internal tunnel, I encountered surprisingly little leakage with the Silk Sleeve.
There was barely anything escaping from the bottom during my sessions, although this can naturally vary depending on anatomy, lubrication and movement intensity.
🧵 Texture & Sensation — ⭐ 5/5
Endoscope footage
Anyone familiar with the original Gen 2 sleeve should immediately recognize what The Handy is going for here.
The Silk follows the same general texture concept.
Throughout the tunnel, you will find multiple rows of soft knobs.
The first sections mix traditional rounded knobs with rectangular structures. These are followed by several rows of rounded knobs before the pattern changes toward the upper section of the sleeve.
Here, the spacing becomes tighter and several rows of diagonally positioned rectangular knobs appear before transitioning back into rounded structures near the end.
The original Gen 2 sleeve was one of my personal favorites when I used the Handy 1, so seeing this concept return in silicone immediately caught my attention.
And I really like what they have done with it.
The silicone makes a noticeable difference compared with TPE.
Everything feels softer, smoother and slightly more natural.
You can definitely feel the knobs throughout the stroke, but their contact remains gentle rather than aggressive.
Interestingly, I could not really distinguish the different knob shapes while actually using the sleeve.
I knew they were there, and I could feel the overall texture, but I could not reliably say, "Ah yes, we have now reached rectangular knob number seventeen."
Which is probably fine.
The texture works more as a continuous layer of stimulation rather than a sequence of clearly identifiable zones.
There are also no tight gates or dramatically changing chambers here.
The tunnel is relatively straight.
And sometimes, that is exactly what you want.
Instead of constantly changing sensations, the Silk provides gentle stimulation throughout the entire stroke.
The result is very balanced.
The same applies to climax: controlled, pleasant and stimulating without suddenly becoming overwhelming.
On my personal intensity scale, I would rate the Silk at approximately -1/3 — Gentle.
The softer silicone lowers the perceived intensity despite the amount of texture inside.
Overall, this feels like a very successful modern interpretation of the old Gen 2 concept.
Simple tunnel design.
Good texture.
Excellent material.
And sometimes going "back to basics" turns out to be a very good idea.
⚙️ Handy Performance — ⭐ 5/5
Performance remains excellent.
The Silk sits securely inside the TrueGrip PRO Band, installs easily and stays stable even during faster movement.
I encountered no noticeable wobbling, slipping or flopping around.
Despite being the heaviest of the three sleeves, it still presents no meaningful challenge for the Handy 2 Pro.
It should also work without issue with the original Handy 1.
Once again, the standard single-strap configuration was sufficient throughout my testing, and I never felt a real need to switch over to the double-strap system.
💧 Cleaning & Maintenance — ⭐ 5/5
Despite the different material, cleaning remains almost identical to the two TPE sleeves.
Rinse it, carefully turn it inside out, gently clean the texture and dry it thoroughly.
The entire process still takes only a few minutes.
The biggest difference comes with storage.
The Silk includes its own storage capsule, and I strongly recommend actually using it.
If you own TPE products as well, keeping the silicone sleeve separated is the safest approach. Long-term contact between different soft materials can sometimes lead to material interaction, oily transfer or surface changes often described as "bleeding."
The supplied capsule conveniently prevents direct contact while also keeping the sleeve protected and organized.
So really, The Handy already gives you the solution.
Use the capsule.
Future you will approve.
Who Is It For?
Best for: short, medium and long sessions, users interested in trying silicone instead of TPE, fans of the original Gen 2 sleeve, anyone looking for balanced stimulation, users who prefer a wider tunnel, and people who enjoy straightforward designs without narrow gates or complex chamber transitions.
Maybe not for you if: you specifically want a tight sleeve, enjoy strongly changing chambers and gate structures, or primarily chase very aggressive stimulation.

Short Verdict
The silicone really makes the difference. The Silk combines a pleasant, familiar Gen 2-style texture with a wider tunnel and softer stimulation, making it an excellent modern update to one of my favorite older The Handy sleeves.
📊 Sleeve Comparison Table
No Slibowitz review without a comparison table. Some things will never change ^^
So, before moving on to the final collection verdict, here is a quick side-by-side look at how all three sleeves compare:
Sleeve | Fit | Sensation | Intensity | Handy Performance | Maintenance | Overall |
The Lips Sleeve | Flexible, easy fit | Pronounced knobs, tight twisted gate & wider end chamber | Very Intense (+3/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The Lotus Sleeve | Flexible, slightly snugger with more suction | Smooth, subtle & minimally textured | Very Gentle (-3/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very quick & easy | ⭐ 4.8/5 |
The Silk Sleeve | Widest and easiest fit | Soft silicone knobs, smooth & balanced | Gentle (-1/3) | Excellent, secure & stable | Very easy; capsule storage recommended | ⭐ 4.9/5 |
The table also makes the differences between them pretty clear: Lips is the intensity-focused option, Lotus is the smooth long-session sleeve, and Silk sits comfortably in the middle with its softer silicone texture and wider fit.
🏆 Collection Verdict
After testing all three sleeves, I don't really see one as a direct replacement for another.
They each fill a noticeably different role.
🥇 My Overall Pick: The Silk Sleeve
The Silk Sleeve is my overall collection pick.
And most of that comes down to the silicone.
It simply feels different from TPE — smoother, softer and more natural in a way that I really enjoy.
I was already a fan of the original Gen 2 sleeve, so getting essentially a modernized version of that concept in silicone feels very welcome.
I usually enjoy narrow tunnels, gates and more complex internal structures, but the Silk reminded me that a wider, straightforward tunnel can be every bit as enjoyable when the material and texture work together properly.
It feels almost like a back-to-the-roots sleeve, just executed with a more premium material.
🧵 Best Sensation: The Lips Sleeve
If we're talking purely about the most memorable internal texture, however, the Lips Sleeve takes it.
The large adjustable knob, the tighter twisted section near the end and the transition into the wider chamber create a fantastic combination.
You can actually feel yourself passing through the different structures, especially when using slower scripts.
It provides consistently high stimulation without crossing the line into unpleasant overstimulation.
If intensity is what you're after, this is the one.
🎯 Best for Long Sessions: The Lotus Sleeve
The Lotus Sleeve goes in completely the opposite direction.
Lower stimulation and smoother movement make it an excellent choice when you want to take your time.
I have grown increasingly fond of smoother textures, and the Lotus does this style very well.
Its internal structure might be minimal, but it still gives you enough stimulation to remain interesting while avoiding constant sensory overload.
For edging or simply longer relaxed sessions, this is easily my favorite of the three.
My Personal Preference Ranking
There is a slight distinction here between what I consider the strongest overall product and what I personally enjoyed most from a purely sensory perspective.
The Silk Sleeve — ⭐ 5/5
The Lips Sleeve — ⭐ 5/5
The Lotus Sleeve — ⭐ 4.5/5
That might look slightly unusual considering that Silk is my overall collection pick, but sleeve preference is incredibly subjective.
The Silk impresses me the most as an overall package and as a modern update to the Gen 2 concept, while the more distinctive stimulation of Lips and the long-session comfort of Lotus happen to line up extremely well with my own preferences.
And that is really the important part here:
A lower placement does not mean that a sleeve is objectively worse.
Different textures, tunnel widths, stimulation levels and materials can produce completely different experiences depending on the person using them.
🧠 TL;DR – Which Sleeve Should You Pick?
Choose The Lips Sleeve if:
You want high stimulation, pronounced internal structures and a sleeve that particularly shines with slow scripts and intense climax-focused sessions.
Choose The Lotus Sleeve if:
You prefer smooth, gentle stimulation, want something suitable for long or edging sessions, or find aggressive textures tiring or overwhelming.
Choose The Silk Sleeve if:
You want a balanced silicone sleeve, a wider tunnel and a softer modern take on the classic Gen 2-style texture.
All three sleeves performed extremely well with The Handy, fit securely inside the TrueGrip PRO Band and are remarkably quick to clean.
The biggest difference is not really quality.
It's what kind of stimulation you want.
Lips attacks.
Lotus takes its time.
Silk finds the middle ground.
And thankfully, none of them require half an hour of cleaning afterwards.
💬 Closing Words
Thank you very much for reading!
I really hope you enjoyed my first dedicated sleeve review and found the comparison useful.
This was also my first time reviewing several Handy sleeves together like this, so if there is anything you would like to see added or changed for future sleeve reviews, please let me know.
Whether that's another comparison category, something you want me to test differently, or simply information you think would make these reviews more useful — I'm always interested in improving the format.
A big thank you to The Handy for this collaboration and for giving me the opportunity to test and review all three sleeves.
I had a lot of fun comparing them, especially because they ended up being much more different from each other than their relatively similar appearance might initially suggest.
And now I'm curious about you:
Which of these three sleeves sounds the most interesting to you?
Do you already own one of them? Which sleeve would you recommend, and why?
And are there any other Handy sleeves you would particularly like to see me review next?
